hahaha i dont even play my dk anymore BUT HERES THE SECRET STRAT

as dk priest druid

start in blood presence on war, DS when u need too while he goes ape shit. LOS THE HUNTAR. spriest starts casting into hunter. make ur way to hunter while your hp is fine. whenever there is pressure or a TRAP, DONT HAVE UR BACK TO WAR

as dk lock druid

dno bout you guys but hunter dmg seems pretty "stoppable"

1) positioning - learn it, love it
2) lock/spriest + melee on hunter (warrior,dk,rogue in order of most lethal)

the only time hunter dmg seems over the top is against a mage. hunters completely buttfuck mages solo

order of melee damage capabilities, best to worst

1)warrior
2)hunter
3)prot war/prot pal
4)feral
5)rogue
6)dk/ret
7)enh

thats not to say if dks actually recieved ms their damage wouldnt need reworking

many classes have seen damage nerfs. and with future nerfs to classes that still have questionable damage, we are seeing more diversity(r1 viable) in comps than ever. warriors, rogues, and hunters all have a wide range of caster/x/melee comps available to them. even comps that havent worked since bc are starting to open up

as a dk you have 2 comps that anyone wants to run. tsg or shadowcleave. dks are very comparable to rogues in their abilities and what they bring to a match (less damage, more group control). without mortal strike, a dk is pigeonholed into playing with an ms class themselves rather than with casters

giving dks ms is the right thing to do

I'm simply debunking your theory of how disease removal cripples DK damage by backing up my theory with facts from the stats of high rated DK games.


for once i agree with daays who usually spews a bunch of shit. the small change to cleansing totem made + glyph of disease made our diseases stick fine against every team except maybe double cleanse (where its just annoying to have to reaplly diseases early game) against most comps dks were top dmg every game (diseases) even when focused
