I am playing WLS at 2.4k+ MMR, and what we have found to be the best tactic is to Joefernandes to simultaneously proc 3-4 heroic tentacles, and kill them all at the same time. Outside of that, no tactic has worked so far.

First of all, as Talb said, "Rogue > all". +rep

Secondly, no matter what comp you are playing (atm I am playing Boomkin/Spriest/Rsham, which is pretty fun), lock/rsham counter you in some degree. You just have think after each loss. There is a way to win every game, obviously some are harder than others (some are nearly impossible), but there is always a way. Don't be afraid to lose games trying different things so that you can find out what does and what does not work. In general, RLS shits all over spriest comps (especially with vial/cunning), but when you win, its one of the greatest feelings in the game. It's always satisfying when you beat something that you have to play perfect to actually kill anything while they just go, "VIAL PROC, 50k!! BOMBING, hes dead lol, haha I didn't even sdance, I'm so good, get outplayed."

In terms of RMP, don't get caught in a bad position, whilst trying to force them into bad positions (which is harder than it sounds) and put some pressure on them (and hope they don't have vial). If you stop the 110k dmg opener and put some pressure out, they will have to play d, which gives you a slight opportunity to regroup and counterattack (in your case, get some dots up). If your going to force a big mistake from them, it will likely be while they are under pressure.

If all else fails, reroll and run vangaurd cleave or PHD and counteract their global opener with your unhealable dmg and mad skillz. Pop all your cds in a 3second span and be immune to everything long enough to kill anything and then some. Then just hope for the best.

I watch some PvE videos on youtube (subscribed to faction l0l0ll0l) and it looks exactly like WoW except in some retarded setting where it's in space. Never in my life I'd expect to see a star wars game where 10 jedis gang up on a droid. It's already a little weird in WoW but since it's fantasy you can understand how the boss doesn't die in 10 seconds there, but in ToR it just looks silly.

Feels like this game is meant for people bored of WoW and people who always wanted to play WoW but were too ashamed of doing it. I'll stay waiting for d3/gw2.

Bad cop-out argument. WoW came out in 2004, this game came out in late 2011. You can't possibly compare a game that came out when the MMO market was a little baby to a game that had all the information they could possibly want in their face and yet fails to deliver in so many aspects.

WoW had to revolutionize the genre alone with much worse technology, and I'm an UO veteran so I'm not saying this because it was my first MMO. Not to sound too much like a hater, just expressing my opinions towards this game.

Sigh at the people with the usual "lolz just cc deh rogue/hunter/spriests/other warrior lolol"

Lets take a look at the most common warrior teams shall we?

TSG
dbl healer.
enha/war/healer.
WLD
warrior/mage/priest or pally

As you can see here - the only teams who have some kind of reliably CC on this rogue/whatever that can disarm us is warrior/mage and WLD.

Every other setup will suffer from it.

These days - RLS, heroic RLS, ret/hunter, and to some degree already shit all over most warrior teams - with this change, it'll just be even worse.

Most of a TSG (if not every) kill for example comes during the bladestorm - this "kill" can now be negated by every setup which consist of one of the 4 classes - which means nearly, everyone.

RMP will completly shit all over tsg/other warrior cleaves now - simply because you can not kill the priest anymore.
RLS will do the same.
RPS will do the same.
ret/hunter will do the same
hunter/lock will do the same - and so forth.

The only setups which won't have a lot of problems with this change will be dbl healer, WLD and warrior/mage/healer - granted, they'll still feel gimped, you can play around the disarm in these setups (it'll be a lot harder however) and avoid them.

So, this change, as many have stated, is simply a nerf against setups that already shit all over us and a buff against other warrior teams - for example, dbl healer vs tsg/wld - their only kill chance comes doing bladestorm, which i can now simply disarm by whacking a single button.

overall - it's a bit silly change really, Warrior do need this nerf, but hitting the bladestorm like this - making it useless for nearly most of the common warrior setups, is a bit silly - They should rather have hit areas like our UA or damage output.

(in before people going "lozl cleve shud nut exust heahehahe and we castr got sam problem!!")
