Could be really great if they reset rating to 2200 for everyone like they did in S12.
5.3 should fix major balance issues i guess.
Otherwise shit hunters and shadowpriest are gonna stay on their rating for whole season ...
8x glad and you complain about shit hunters and priests? Multi glads shouldnt care about bad players.
Jay Wilson took one of the best and addicting game Blizzard ever released, twisted it into one giant piece of shit, let all the fans down that have been waiting for this BETA GAME for OVER 10 YEARS and claims that it is HIS work that he sold 10 million copies. And on top of that, he bashes the original creator of Diablo, instead of going on to his knees and sucking his balls. There is a special place in hell for Jay.
I think the worse part is those morons making fun of HG:London when their success is entirely based on the work of the guys that made it. Its really fucking sad.
On other news, idk why people still care for the "everybody playing WoW is shit and other games are so much more skillfull and blablabla" rants from some has-beens that still somehow lurk on these forums and act like they have any kind of authority in the community.
Don't get me wrong, i love all the drama you cause Reedwise, makes hilarious reads but beyond that, whats your purpose in this community outside taking a shit on the game and everyone that plays it? You say nobody went pro in another game after WoW, so what? How many people actually aspire to be pro-gamers when they're actually past their teenage mentality?
There's a point people just realise they're going nowhere with it, get a real education, a real job and form a family and i'm sure a lot of oldschool pros that "didn't make it" in other games are probably at that point, not because they couldn't, but because they didn't want to.
i swear, things like this bug the shit out of me. there are actually spriests in this thread saying that they think their class is going to disappear. dude, the class has been unbelievably powerful for something like 3 years now; these nerfs are not going to make them go from top of the totem pole to disappearing in arena: these nerfs aren't like warrior nerfs from last patch. Warriors got nerf after nerf after nerf in so many different ways: damage, stuns, burst, survivability. What you're seeing here is a nerf to spriest utility , which was way over the top.
I swear if there was a nerf to totemic restoration and shamans had a 1 min cooldown tremor, you wouild still see shamans bitching and complaining and saying it isn't justified. Have a reasonable mind for fuck sake. i think repentance needs to be nerfed to 6s duration even though my class is absolute horse shit and has been for at least 3 years now
If a rogue would never get kitted he would never have to use shuriken toss and/or dealdy throw. I hear that casters say they need instant casts because they get trained and don't do shit, well there you have it, rogues need ranged attacks because they get kited and don't do shit. I would still take the tripple poison from last patch over the damage increase any day, just saying.
*** Next Broadcast - Saturday, April 13th will be on European servers, but may have to be postponed as I may be in the process of moving ***
Hey guys, been a while since posting here but I had an idea I think a lot of people will enjoy and after talking to Conradical and him agreeing to get in on it I decided to go ahead and give it a shot!
The basic idea is that you show up in stream chat with your 3v3 team ready, and when we're picking a game you post your rating and setup in chat and then we'll select two teams around the same rating and cast your games with the regular tournament UI. It'll be done on US servers for the first week - maybe we'll try EU servers as well assuming we can get accounts and it's popular enough so as long as you're on US servers and willing to add us on battle tag you're eligible to play! We'll be queuing up using 5v5 wargames so that Conrad and I can join the game and then you'll simply kill us off and the game will proceed like normal as it does in all the online tournaments.
It's going to be on twitch.tv/egazael this coming Saturday at 2 PM EST so please help spread the word and show up! We'll be able to make it better and better and take viewer ideas etc for this if it goes well - also hopefully going to be able to get some relatively high level games for the end of the night - and perhaps have the most popular team of the day fight against a famous team or something like that!
