Oh last thing dont starve yourself big guy needs to eat im around 6 feet and 225 and I take in around 4,000 calories a day and maintain weight so definitly when your trying to lose it dont go any lower then 2,500-3,000 if your doing 2ish hrs of exercise a day



This is where i have a huge problem at. Ever since i quit sports and became a nerd (lol) im on my pc nearly 24/7. It's not so bad but unlike most other nerds, i live with my dad who just like me doesn't cook like my mom. Often times (even today as i write this post) i will miss breakfast and even lunch. It's lucky that i do eat 2,000 calories. Only thing ive had today was a bowl of salad and a glass of tea/water. I know it's bad but im trying to fix this.

Lose weight while in the army, you should have no problem getting in with the weight and height you said


For my height. I have to weigh 250 or less. Weird system but it's what they told me.



And as for the rest of you guys. Ive just started loosing this weight as of last week. 1-2 mile jogs a day with minimal weight lifting (lost my muscle tone QQ) as well as eating salads. I really dont drink soda that much just mostly tea and tap water.
