25% most likely. Wierd it doesn't show ingame anymore. But it does on wowhead. Tho there was a time or blue post where they were speaking about 10% in the past. But im sure that didn't make it live.
Now that I've played a lot of the pre-patch, I'm enjoying the flow of Arms now. Really hate having no reflect, intervene, root charge on 20 sec, and no self-heal. Those are my only gripes.
All comes with the pvp talents and artifact luckly. Not sure if the artifact self healing will do a lot tho. Charge stun will be no more. But i think it's healthy for the game overall.
I'm really trying to like the dauntless/trauma spec, but trauma just bleeds for so little.. maybe at 110 it will be worth it?
Trauma is technically just a 20% damage increase on slam (if you think the bleed away). Which honestly isn't a lot in the first place. It will be much better when more healers are involved for increased pressure. But it doesn't do much in a bg scenario where stuff dies rather quickly anyways. Tho many forget it also effects the buffed whirlwind after cleave + Fervor of Battle turning it into a nice cleave talent too.
I do think blizz is doing something against it. But ofc not enough. It is also something for the community to shun these cheaters and not que with them.
When you see people playing with these cheaters and they know about it it only supports them or even spread their aids towards people who would otherwise not have cheated to join their sceme.
Cleaning up the mess that is cheating starts with -You- as a player. Just report them and hope blizzard does something about it. And spread the word to other players. It's also a big part to our community to stop just shrugging whenever you hear someone cheated. Care and bring them down.
Many might not care. But honestly they do. Otherwise you would have left this forum to die long ago. People that still post here secretly just hope to once find a better game. And yes that is justified considering they used to love this game so much.
I agree on the major parts of what is being said. Been doing shitloads of pvp since vanilla. Been at glad rating or scratched it every exp. Multiple hotas. (Fu if you hate atleast i play it without disgusting cheats.) I also pve on mythic lvls and fucking rp so come at me. Just to remember im a damn NE warr.

I pull shit dps in pve as arms. While i did great in any other expansion. (Glad i main prot in pve.)
Mainly i have the feeling is cause this game became so cooldown use heavy. Fuck cooldowns. I want it to be things you pop as a last resort. To prevent you from dieing or when you really want to increase you pressure. Not buttons you press when your enemy healer is cced or when you enemy pops a cooldown. Im not saying it doesnt require skill. Ofcourse it does. But it also makes pvp boring and scripted as fck.
I want jukes to matter. Mobility, interrupts, risk reward cc. Remember the time rogues could kite warriors in their charge deadzone. A rogue could outplay recklessness by just "walking" properly. Now he needs evasion up otherwise gg. When arena games slowly shifted into a teams favor by how clever they could pressure, position or could reduce enemy pressure. And that the enemy team could shift it back without needing X cd with Y ccchain to instaflop the enemy that just has been ouplaying them 90% of the time. Oh too bad you should have saved your cooldown to counter mine. Lolol been playing like shit but u got outplayed now cause i swiftyed + rng critted.
Im also one of those that rather wants arena targeting macros removed. Clicking properly can also be a part of "skill". I want to click that enemy and stormbolt him when i feel he comes around that pillar. Not mash my arena target 3 so he get stormbolted the 0.1 sec he peeks around the corner. A rough example would feel like playing an fps with aimbot. "But what about pve?" Mobs dont move and behave like players do. So that is out of the question.
Salty rant from someone who loves to play all parts of this game. Sadly arena went from the top to the near bottom in. Single xp.
Im totally okay with it being optional. This is the last piece that was needed to make warrior feel like a whole class again. (Together with fear being back too.)
Seeming from the tooltip it works for a full 3 sec duration. So a smaller window. But more chance to reflect the spell you actually want to reflect. (or multiple)
I don't mind the MS nerf. But i think the bigger problem is our 2 set bonus design which is ofc not even looked at. The execute nerf is pure for sudden death cause normal execute will do it's job anyways.

Dudes. I know wod blows. But serious this guy isn't asking if he should play or not. He's asking for tips.
Those tips might all sound useless to the more experienced. But beginners might want to know.
Ye ye. I know the biggest tip is not to play at all. But be realistic.
.Don't underestimate defensive stance. Use it whenever you are taking damage or expect damage to happen soon.
.Don't go overboard with spamming whirlwind. When you do you might lack the rage to use mortal strike on cooldown.
.Keep sweeping strikes up. If anything is nearby and you don't have to worry to break cc just use it on cooldown.
.Same counts for rend. Apply it on as much targets as possible. Try to refresh it when there are 5- seconds left. (easy tip. When the debuff icon has 25% left its pretty safe to do so.)
.Pop offensive cooldowns when the enemy healer is cced or can't react to your damage (positioning, interrupts, busy healing another target.)
.A good way to do so is to chain cc properly either shockwave, stormbolt or your fear are a good way to start one off. Both shockwave and stormbolt are good to stop the enemy cc chains aswell.
.Wod pvp relies entirely on cooldowns. Any cooldown that is atleast 30 sec+ is to initiate or counter a cooldown of your enemy. Enemy pops offensive, you pop defensive.
Added enough for my taste. Some of it might sound like useless shit. But atleast it's something.
Artifact points are uploaded on mmo. There are some powerful things out there. This one in particular looks quite powerful. People are concerned with the 30% dmg taken. But fury will get insane self healing to compensate. Hurl both of the Corrupted Warswords at your target, dealing 10 fire damage each, then leap at the target, dealing 10 fire damage to all enemies within 5 yards of the impact.
45 sec cooldown.
Pillar augments: - leaves an aoe periodic fire damage/snare where you impact with the target for 6 sec - you gain 100% parry for 5 sec after landing - gain enraged regeneration without incurring its cooldown when landing

But once again Prot is sparking my interest even more. Intervene now redirects 0 additional attacks, and the damage taken from those redirected attacks is reduced by 0% Spell Reflect now reflects all spells cast on you for 5 sec.
Maybe with class based brackets.
(For instance. Hunter, priest. Both at fairly high rating. Priest gets title for being top 0.5%. The Hunter is fotm and is dominating the 2v2 ladders. Even with the same rating as the priest he misses the title cause he is still below the 0.5% in the Hunter bracket.)
So even when you are the fotm. You still have to become the best of the fotm to obtain the title.
This system would work better in a 1v1 arena.
Also change the name of the title to give it a distinctive value. Also don't give it a mount.
2v2 might be unbalanced. But sadly the whole game is. If you are going for realm quickest challenge modes, mythic raiding or even joining a simple rbg or try to get certain shitty achievements. X class will always be better then Y. No matter what.
It's about the value to get these titles and rewards. It makes people play the game. Something to strive for. No one is going apeshit when you see someone with the Jenkins title. Who is going to care much if randomxlord just won a bg and looted his box of gold as a reward.
So if someone walks around with 2v2diator. Wile you fly around on your shiny new 3v3 bracket mount. Who's gonna give a shit? Both will be happy with the rewards. And if you are willing to go after the other. Well give it a try.
