It does have plot and story development. I agree its hard to follow at the start (season 4), but it gets exponentially better. Its how they structured it, since they do individual concentrated episodes, you see the same scenes as you get into the season but from a different person's point of view. If you notice, the latter half they extend those same scenes for other subtle jokes. In terms of writing, wit and humor...I think it's one of the best comedy shows.
I actually think they did a real great job with the 4th season. And I think the ended has to do with setting up for a movie.
i think this is a similar thing that my shaman does
he says that he binds focus wind shear with lightning bolt tho so when he casts he'll sometimes shock things, since it's not on the global he says it's not a big deal and allows him to concentrate on his dps rotation better. hope this helps
Been playing this comp with a good friend for about...3 weeks or so now. Bouncing around 2300-2400.
Basically need some help against certain comps.
Paladin/Warrior: We do a lot of swaps here, but mainly focus on killing warrior. Offensive cyclones on warrior when he's low, go on paladin, back on warrior to get pressure burns. We get burns off as much as possible from feral charge -> bash stun. Fears from cyclone->fear. However, it just seems the warrior nearly tunnels me and I can hardly stay alive for longer than 20 seconds. New SS/BS is hardly noticeable damage decrease if any.
Priest/Rogue: We've recently hit a brick wall against this setup with envenom. The rogue is not really tunneling me, my druid casts cyclones if he doesn't have enough cp's for insta. All the while the priest is spamming burns into me. If we go on either target, the priest comes in and double fears up easily, setting up more burns or bursts on me. Through evasions and cloak, the rogue is usually not our target to kill and we hardly live past the 2nd evasion. It'd be easier if the rogue tunneled me, as I think my druid would be able to drop their priest before a rogue drops me, but he off gouges the zerk or vanish cs/ks's them and negates a lot of the burst that we do to set up the kill.
Shadowpriest/Mage: New FoTM apparently. Even if I juke every CS, SWD almost every poly, the amount of pressure from dots and just ice lances are killing my druid. I'll end up eating a deep freeze/psychic horror while healing into polys/fear into silence. We've managed to live those (though rarely) through those if I PS through DF (sometimes even killng him through PS). We've gotten to the point where we've burned through 2 water elementals and 2 dispersions, but they just set up that again and we lose.
