#3194624 Uck

No, Uck hasn't played since very early Cataclysm, as for health reasons he is no longer playing. He's busy travelling around Tasmania at the moment.

#1797254 10% Nerf on healing, shields exempted.

Posted by ceiyoan on 02 February 2010 - 01:05 PM

Quoted for saying some important shit.

How can blizz start "balancing" when the season isn't even out yet?

An issue with this "fix" is that it will make healing in duel's really lame. Since you're 10% "more powerful" in duels than in arenas, no use to duel classes that can heal then?

Blizzard doesn't balance pvp around duelling 1vs1. you have to look at the larger scale.

#1749236 Professions for a Disc Priest?

Posted by ceiyoan on 21 January 2010 - 02:27 PM

all up to preference, but jc/chanting + engineering are the current top professions in pvp.

engineering is almost a must (i use the "must" loosely) as it offers a variety of very beneficial things to pvp.

rocket gloves as you mentioned, you can always sub that out for haste on demand, you can add sp + slowfall to cloak, as well as that frag bomb stun stuff on belt (obviously un useable in arena)

#1749197 [Druid] Relent or WG Legs?

Posted by ceiyoan on 21 January 2010 - 02:07 PM

well if you think, s8 is going to be out shortly, and the wg legs will be quite a low ilevel compared to what most others will use. if you're really wanting to have a bit of extra haste via pve gear, i suggest farming some badges (or raiding icc a bit) and getting a nice drop that is itemized well for your class/spec along with a high ilevel.

that way you can get relentless legs (and eventually im assuming move on to replacing them with the wrathful s8 legs) or simply look for a pve set of legs with haste.

remember the recent change to resilence, meaning in general we're taking 10% less damage, so a drop in roughly 50 resil isn't as gamebreaking as one might think. :D
