1. if the rating requirement was 2200 you wouldn't even be able to post.
2. if thug cleave wasnt insanely op you wouldn't break 2k let alone 2200.
3. stick to pve cuz that is basically what thug is.

do us all a favor and reduce your posting frequency by about 98%. you will only look more intelligent.

You have to remember that the haste buff was never as strong as VT or UA either

Lava burst hits like a girl without Flame Shock, and we can't use our other shocks like earth shock (fulmination) or frost shock if we have to keep reapplying flame shock.

exactly...lets also not forget that mages, locks, and spriest also have the ability to cc or blanket silence the healer to prevent them from dispelling when they are setting up burst.

People can argue all day that we can muilti flame shock, or save shock cds for the dispel but in reality thats just clunky mechanics compared to the other casters who can easily pull off their burst by using their better cc and healer lock down abilities....blanket CS, deeep, 3 orb silence, Demon Soul instant dots into Coil, spell lock.

In the case of elemental we have 45 sec cd hex, cap stun to counter a dispel, or save our shock cds which gimps other aspects of our damage with earthshock/fulm or utility with frost shock slow.

We arent asking for additional CC, we arent asking for more damage, we are asking for a dispel protection that in some situations might prevent the healer from dispelling our flame shock without a second thought and negating the majority of our burst

The reason Ele needs dispel protection is because our ability to burst is directly tied to flame shock which has a cooldown.  In fact because of the new dispel system, and cooldown on flame shock, Ele Shamans are more warranted for a form of dispel protection than the traditional UA Lock or Spriest simply because VT and UA have no CD.

Sure you can argue that because there is an 8 sec cd on dispel that dispelling flame shock would allow free cc on the opposing team but like Nerfmytotems said thats assuming you are playing Ele Mage or Ele Lock which then confines us to playing 1 or 2 comps.

Either shocks need to be seperated in cooldown or flame shock needs to have dispel protection so as to open the viability and less clunky gameplay with other comps for Ele.  Personally I would like to see the Shaman shock system updated to todays gameplay.  However if for some reason seperating shock cooldowns would pose some inbalance in pve, I would say then that Flame Shock needs a dispel protection.

Also adding a dispel protection for Flame Shock would generate a new aspect to Elemental CC.  Since we are trying to keep up multiple Flame Shocks in most cases, it would give us the utility of Hexxing a target with Flame Shock and making Resto Shamans and especially Resto Druids have to make a fast decision of do I want to get my teamate out of CC but increase the Ele Shamans Damage.

IMO, Cloak and Dagger should be a 15 yard range and Subterfuge should only prevent stealth from breaking when you recieve damage. To compensate, I would increase the duration of Subterfuge to 4 seconds to counteract the damage/utility nerf.

Edit: Once Subterfuge is nerfed, Ambush energy cost will have to reduced to 40 energy and the energy reduction from Shadow Dance removed. Ambush is then useful for all specs, not just Sub.

I dunno how this looks like in arena, yet. I really hope that we don't have a repeat situation where one guy is the unkillable target that destroys the arena experience of others. That said, they were kinda too susceptible to mage burst, so it's warranted.

Balance wise, one thing I would like to see removed is disruptive shout. I find anything else minor.  It's just destructive to the game, you miss pummel, the guy still needs to go through stuns and another interrupt, same way hunter readiness resetting cc cds, you somehow manage the first trap , 2 secs later u get lullaby'd into trap or dks missing mindfreeze , into double grip, into asphyxiate into pet stun, rogues miss kick into gouge/kidney/para. poison etc.

i love how you think they can fix every single thing wrong with this game in 1 minor patch....

they started with removing t2 rating requirements, they moved on by removing elite gear, and have added gear scaling, these are things the community have all been asking for.  if they got every single thing with the game perfectly correct on the 1.0 live release people would still find things to complain about.  just give it more time.

all those things are a problem, including powershot huge damage.

you are saying the same shit people said about chaos wave, and chaos bolt.

you CAN and WILL eventually get hit by something, and if that something has the potential to take 50+% of your hp ok its not alright.

it's not hard to get it off anyways, all they have to do is stun you if you are in danger of los'ing it, the only way you can stop powershot is with stuns/grips/fears, which you can't always do.

remember that other players in the game play with equal mindsets, your mindset is to stop the powershot, theirs is to get it off.

There ARE a lot more broken things in the game yes, but one broken thing does not make another broken thing alright.
