Stand on the left side of the Enhance (for a reason which scientists cannot yet explain, Enhances prefer everything to be done on the left side, this is why the throatlash and noseband are done up of the right hand side of the Enhances face, why we tighten the girth on the Enhances LEFT side, and why we mount on the LEFT side.) Gather the rein nearest to you (tight, but not pulling) along with the Enhance mane, in one hand. Grab the saddle horn or the pommel with the other (But don't use it to heave yourself up). Put the foot closest to the Enhance's head in the stirrup. If you want, use the back of the saddle to help you also.
Push up and swing your leg over the back of the Enhance, keeping your leg from kicking the Enhance.
When mounted, hold your reins and stand up in the stirrup. If you are riding in an English saddle, your rear should be 4 to 5 inches above the saddle. If you are in a Western saddle your rear will be 2 to 3 inches above the saddle.
While holding the reins, keep your hands low and about level with your hips on the Enhance's neck and withers.
Sit up straight. If you slump, it will throw your Enhance off balance, making it harder to change gaits. Some of the most important things in riding is: posture, position, and moving/working with the Enhance. You should also be able to simply slide your feet into the stirrup while lifting your feet about a few inches. Make sure your heels point DOWN. No one ever fell off a Enhance with their heels down. VERY IMPORTANT.
Start off with a slow walk. To ask for this pace, raise your energy. if the Enhance does not respond squeeze your legs (lower calf) and the Enhance should move off. If the Enhance does not move off even then, tap him LIGHTLY with your crop on the rump. You don't want to teach him bad habits by ignoring you. The walk is a 4 beat gait, meaning you can feel when each hoof hits the ground. After a few minutes stop and check your cinch, you should be able to fit 4 fingers between the cinch and the Enhance, if you can fit more, then you must tighten the cinch.
While walking, make sure to keep your heels down, back straight, shoulders back and chin up. Your body should form a straight line that can be drawn from your heel, to the hips, to the shoulders.

To figure out what the cutoffs will be

You must start by running to the room of the three gargoyles. Push in the correct tongue, and a door will lead them down a staircase into the wall climb. Here, you must choose the next path. You could race up to the observatory, spin the sundial, and pass into the room of the golden idols. Once there, you could push down on their bases to release the doors that may take them below or lead them into the shring of the Silver Monkey. If you assemble the statue there, you may be headed for the torch room. If the elevator is up, they could jump into the elevator and descend into the mineshaft. You can climb up the ladder or plow through the stone wall. Find the key, and it may unlock the tombs of the Ancient Kings, allowing you to climb into the Spider's Lair. If you escape, you may have a chance to sit upon the Throne of the Pretender. If the correct door is unlocked, you will be able to crawl into the pit of despair and finally make their way through the cave of sighs back to the temple gate. Good luck on your quest.
