@ everyone attending regionals: you have 2 months to hit up the gym (don't skip leg day), get a haircut (should probably go get one ASAP so there's time for your hair to grow back if your barber fucks up, and you have one more reason to stay home more than usual and practice, waiting till it grows), get a bit of a tan before autumn kicks in, whiten your teeth and boost a bit to buy new clothes.
if you actually get into training, remember that a recent canadian study shows how men look more dominant after training their upper back, shoulders, and deltoids. you should get going with those chin pull ups or whatever they're called. byceps actually are secondary, especially in October. Prague can be pretty cold so you should just try to be bigger rather than define your "visible" muscle groups as you'll most likely be wearing long-sleeved clothes. you basically need to bulk.
