if something is stupidly strong in alpha and the player base doesn't take the time to say that's too strong or absurd of an idea, guess what it ends up in beta and then live. AKA, death and decay fearing people. or cleanse spirit healing for both magic and curse effects. pretending things are going to be great in the end is blatantly disregarding the intelligence of the player base's ability to come up with things that weren't intended. Do you think developers are able to predict every possible outcome of what players will do? Hell no, it's up to the people who play the game to point out things that could be overpowered on sites such as this so the developers can get a sense of how their players think.
Exactly this. The point is that this is the what, THIRD iteration of the new talents? And shit like this is still planned for release? This is the time when complaining is good for the game. Look at impact stun. Not only did that make it live, it's STILL in the game. And now Blizzard wants to give Rogues a random mace stun proc, a superior MS, 100% cast time slows, etc?
Fucking no. Bitch about people complaining all you want, but really just shut the fuck up. They need to realize that some of this stuff is broken as hell, especially druids having a 1 min CD INSTANT 8 second cyclone, when instant CC is already the problem with the game.
I was going through the class forums trying to find level 80 TR chardevs for the ATR, and I saw a lot of posts about the new Cata talents that were posted. People saying like Resto shamans were going to be the worst healer in the game, and how RMP was going to dominate Cata with bloodlust. All im trying to say is, I wouldn't base MoP off of the talents they just released, we are going to have to wait for beta
Resto Shamans were the worst healer in the game, until massive buffs. RMP has been retardedly strong in S10/S11, even without bloodlust.
