Exactly this. The point is that this is the what, THIRD iteration of the new talents? And shit like this is still planned for release? This is the time when complaining is good for the game. Look at impact stun. Not only did that make it live, it's STILL in the game. And now Blizzard wants to give Rogues a random mace stun proc, a superior MS, 100% cast time slows, etc?

Fucking no. Bitch about people complaining all you want, but really just shut the fuck up. They need to realize that some of this stuff is broken as hell, especially druids having a 1 min CD INSTANT 8 second cyclone, when instant CC is already the problem with the game.

Resto Shamans were the worst healer in the game, until massive buffs. RMP has been retardedly strong in S10/S11, even without bloodlust.
