I don't know what to say about it. I havn't played WOD myself so I cant tell on personal experience.
But I find it hard to believe that they make an expansion where Frostmages isn't a thing anymore.

I kinda hate the down sizing of our abilities a lot, especially when casting is STILL not rewarded. I wan't to do the oldskool shatter combo's again, thats what made me play mage in the first place. But as we all know, numbers are yet to be tweaked, since if they buff Frostbolt and reward the shatter combo with numbers, it has become a real thing.

Guess we'll have to see!

As for the suggestion that guy made, a way to reset Dispersion would be broken, but having charges could work, in a way that the original effect is broken into two pieces. Instead of it being 6 seconds and restoring 6x6 mana, make it 3 secs and restore 3x6 mana, but have two charges. That could work and could provide some help in a world where every fucking arrogant melee playing retard wants to sit on your fucking ass.

I agree, SP's have only one major defensive cd (dispersion); Currently in MoP they deserve (imo) another
cd they can use while dispersion is on cooldown (RMD/P is just too strong atm versus shadowpriests). So if this is still a problem in WoD; I'd like to see them having an extra 'skill' to prevent the second setup when the priest is off stun DR.
