Was just lurking through the general forums and I see this title:


I know "lol 5s" and "It was going to happen anyway",but I wonder how it will affect titles at the end of the season depending on how far these guys go...

Some potential changes inc?

So i'm sure everyone has read the 5.4 notes, however reading a few things sort of brought up a question. These nerfs in particular:
Does anyone else have a feeling that Blizzard is going to be messing around with overall damage/healing again. Quite unusual to remove the passive dmg reduction from classes that already get trained into the ground.

Lock pet abilities usable while pet cc'd?

So I was dueling a lock friend of mine to test resil scaling, and to top myself I decided to turn evil his observer and start hardcasting flash of lights, next time I know i'm locked out while pet is still feared. Tested again later blinding both of them and it still can kick while both of them are cc'd. Call me crazy but was this an intended change or does this not happen in the arena because it's quite obnoxious esp as a pally thinking I can free cast after fearing the pet >.>...

Ret + 4 set pve + mastery stack = ?

Anyone have the 4 set to test the damage? Holy damage bypasses armour plus stacking mastery directly increases holy damage and the 4 set turns TV damage into 100% holy damage. Plus the 2 set adds an extra 6% dmg from holy dmg on the target when you exorcsim people.
Doing the quick math, im assuming a fully mastery stacked pally will have about 42% mastery = 42% increased holy damage with templar's verdict which will yield some massive hits.
Would love to hear the results.

are 30k flash of lights(or just your "fast but not mana efficient heal") normal for anyone else? hopped on my shaman to see if it was as bad as well and still only doing about 80k GHW w/unleash up. Just curious because @ 23k mana cost, spamming like 5 flash of lights to heal someone for 150k is just shitting on my mana(23k x 5 115k raw mana). 35k 3 pt wogs and 30-40k holy shocks.

I totally support the whole us having to cast more idea but I mean, i'm literally ooming so fast to heal through damage that isn't caused directly by a cc chain or from someone popping cds. Earlier had our war drop from 96% to 0 in the duration of a shock lockout (unglyphed [inb4l2fake]). Extremely demotivated from healing in general... With all the instant cc/amount of kicks/silences I feel like it's nearly impossible to keep people topped without having to fake a million interrupts (esp ferals 8 sec lockout) while trying to avoid the large amount of instant cc, all while being forced to cast because our instants don't heal for shit for what that global used was worth.
