i forgot to put in the old power word shield set bonus that gave you a freedom for 5 seconds or so

i was also considering spectral guise being shadow exclusive, thoughts? with alot of crazy slows/mobility-cds nerfed i imagine arena turning back into a more global cooldown chess game instead of a animated freeze tag simulator lol
