Real PvP changes that need to be implemented

Racial Changes:
  • While this probably won't happen because Blizzard has already obtained a ridiculous amount of money from people race changing to dwarf, if Blizzard really wants this game to be competitive again then stoneform HAS to be changed. Being able to remove silences for free as a healer is completely broken. My suggested change would be for stoneform to no longer remove silences.
Disc Priest:
  • Silence needs to be completely removed from the disc spec and normal fear needs to be set back to a 27-30 second cooldown.
Ret Paladin:
  • While nerfing the 4-piece set bonus was a good start, any mechanic like this is terrible for PvP and needs to be gutted completely. A user suggested changing this bonus to give holy power on a successful interrupt just like some of the other classes. This rewards better play unlike the current set bonus which promotes ridiculous aggro play.
  • Clemency needs to be completely reworked as having two magic dispels on a two minute cooldown and a BoP every 30 seconds with the new forbearance change is completely unfair. Open to suggestions for this change as I don't play a ret paladin but if you disagree this mechanic isn't completely broken in the current state of arena then you need to take a look at the ladder.
  • Fist of justice needs to be changed to a 40-45 second cooldown along with a nerf to its range. Probably 10 to 15 yards instead of 20 yards.
Death Knights:
  • Asphyxiate needs to also be changed to have a 40-45 cooldown with a much lower range than the current 30 yard range. Probably similar to a 10 to 15 yard range.
  • Death grip needs a 5 yard minimum range to the spell so that juking kick is actually significant.
  • The instant CC removal portion of descrated ground needs to be removed so that it only prevents CC while standing in the 8-yard radius.
  • Revealing strike needs to not affect kidney shot, simple change that wouldn't affect PvE.
  • If instant stuns are actually toned down, then maybe Elusiveness needs to be slightly toned down, but the only change I urge to be implemented is the revealing strike one.
  • If frost mages are going to have the best CC in the game (polymorph) then Blizzard needs to avoid making significant damage changes when looking at the weak state of mages in PvP at the moment.
  • While mages are weak, Ice Nova's independent incapacitate/stun type CC needs to be fixed.
  • I think if some of the trap enabling instant CC's are toned down then hunters will be generally toned down without any changes to the class.
These are all the changes I can currently think of that would only benefit the game. I know I missed out on classes like Warlocks and Feral Druids but I honestly don't have any changes I feel confident on suggesting for them.
