Hit cap -> Haste cap (5273) -> Crit -> Int -> Mastery -> Haste

Stacking crit is by far the best thing in my opinion, some people might say its RNG with procs and what not. But once you got dots rolling on 2-3 targets you get so many procs - if one of the starsurges crit you might just kill them or force them to use cooldowns. Having unpredictable damage is crazy, especially thinking the burst is instant and unavoidable.

The only difference that PVE gear makes in pvp as a moonkin is the legendary meta gems and the 2 set bonus for 10% more starsurge crit. The gear you use gets scaled down to 496 iLvl which means the LFR items would do the same as heroic items.

As you can see they are nerfing multi dotting as a moonkin next patch so you don't generate as many starsurges as you do currently. By that being said, it was obvious that all their cooldowns had been popped in the opener and the moonkin had x4 Celestial Alignment dots on Cdews team, so he would generate starsurge procs every second for the next 15 seconds. It had nothing to do with crit trinket or anything, it was multi dotting that made it possible..
