Coming back to WoW for 3-4 months. Wanting to do some casual 2v2, 3v3 arenas and some RBGs. Few quick questions.

1) How long will it take for me to gear up if I boost a 90 in one of the above classes? Have heard a day /played but also 2 months so I'm a little confused.
2) What's the best class for what I'm looking for?
3) Any other tips?

I would go mage in your situation. All based on what you wanna do really :P

Always with observer as stated above, though from personal preference if I'm against a shadowcleave or any cleave team I know is going to kill my pet frequently, I'll sac it - but that's just how I prefer to do it.

Going to slightly deviate this, does anyone use Suprem + Imp's mass dispel on occasion? I know it's hp is terrible, but it's damage is double that of the Observer and the mass dispell on 3 friendlies is incredible assuming it isn't killed before use + a little hot now and again is never a bad thing. Contemplating trying a few games where I'll SB summon it to free my healer from CC, seems extremely powerful if utilized well

If you really choose to not play a pet vs a cleave and you feel like you need a dispell, instead of using supremacy talent, use the sacrifice and sacrifice a normal imp. This will give you command demon.

A macro like this will dispell your healer for 1 ability, so use it smart:

/cast [target=yourhealernamehere] command demon

It also has a 10 second cooldown, most of the time vs cleavs id still choose to go for the 30% midigation that glyph of eternal resolve + soul link. If they kill your obsever that you will get more preassure from, go behind a pillar and summon a void lord. This thing is tanky, and provides the ability to disarm the cleavers. (might have to soulburn this)

As affliction, what should I do with my pet most of the time? Especially in comps with melee trains, it tends to die to AoE (especially bladestorm). I've tried just having it sit on the healer with focus petattack macroes but its pretty easy for them to cc it themselves to get a few casts off.

Either you can play with Observer/Voidlord(I only use this if they kill the observer first) and or sacrifice if you know that their comp is going to kill your pet over and over.

In Topic: Arena target 1,2,3 fears?

Ive noticed in most vids there's 3 of at least one spell for any class. I've seen it with fear as well. Is it beneficial to have fear bound to arena targets or is it overkill and a normal fear/focus fear enough?

Also, what other macros should locks use with arena target 1-3? Exhaustion and enfeblement?

I'm just starting my lock for arenas and would like to just get all macros I need done for while I'm getting used to target/focus arena 1-3

Also, soul swap. How the full do you use it? Dots off one and then just use the target arena 2 bind and what not?

I think arena 1,2,3 macros and such are all about how you use them, personaly i only use 1,2,3 macros for targetting, focusing and fears. Outside of those focus macros covers it for me. And changing focus with the 1,2,3 is easy. All up to what you prefer.

Hello! I play an Enhancement Shaman and I'm looking for what Professions most Glad Enhancement shamans use, I heard Tailoring and Engineering is good for lining up really huge burst, can you tell me why Shamans use this a lot in the higher rankings? I feel pretty noobish about asking this since I've been Arenaing for awhile and been playing this game forever, but MoP was my first start into Arenaing a lot more and wish to know what's good. If you could please tell me why most of them use them and why they're beneficial. Thank you. :)

Not that I play an Enhance myself, i'm quite certain they use tailoring and engineering for the procs that the bonus these gives instead of passive stats. This makes burst potential higher, but reduces your overrall damage if you were to take any of the other professions
