By broken I meant, not really viable in arenas except for a few comps that rely on insane healing and burst (3xdps). Which is in my opinion, broken. Other than 3x dps, ret is pretty useless tbh.

I see no reason to lock the thread when i can dig out 100 similar threads made the last months about several classes/specs that acutally has no context or proof of any kind.

I think this is more worthwhile

Maybe the interest of digging up a way to beat x3dps (that isnt actually a horrible one) will increase

there really isn't any difference in as you say "good" triple dps.. you might have triple dps that know how to play their class slightly. but really it's just facerolling shit and gettin que's into rls and not class that can stop you from globalling someone. and even then your damage is so high that even they can get globalled.

I continue to play to try to figure out ways to win the impossible matchups in arena right now. There is some delusional part of me that believes there is something my team can do better to stop the opposing team from one shotting someone... Those few games we win the unwinnable feels great, and the games I lose I whine about every second of it what's going on and how we lost. One day I'll learn.

Honestly though, make it cost 75 energy and it will be close to useless when used offensively in 2s/3s.

Auto-70% snare (compare to warriors' 50% which takes GCDs and is often dodged/parried/etc.)
Double evasion, double vanish, combat readiness = near unkillable if used properly
Reliable CC that isn't made pointless by tremor totem
Spammable cheap shot, very low cooldown kidney shot

There's a lot wrong w/ rogues, Smoke Bomb just makes them ridiculously overpowered though.

Biggest imbalance I've ever seen in 11 seasons of arena.

- Remove it from Preparation
- Add a 75 energy cost to it
- Or disable it in arena

Anything less won't suffice.

These are all really good points. At the current state of the game, I find that people's top concern is what others think of them. Maintaining a good win/loss, combined with a mentality of "I'm good enough for R1," are what really drives people (talking about the top 1% here). As such, people like to sit on teams for the whole season; either that, or they'd rather not que at all (with people of "lesser skill") unless they're playing with "the best."

I guarantee that if wow armory was removed, more people would que and hardly anyone would sit. Not to say that this should be done, but I believe that doing so would yield interesting results!

great change. Although this should apply to every player(or atleast limit it to gladiators of current expansion), not just the none-gladiators to keep it as fresh as possible. Honestly the most "clueless" comments comes from ppl who achieved gladiator titles in TBC

retards who got 2900 with a bugged mmr system - youre not fooling anyone when you list your credentials as a current '2900 player' when youre looking for a team. 2900 was an achievement in wrath. plz say when you got 2900 (in cata).

nowadays, listing your credentials as "s11 2400 player" is more impressive than '2900 player' (cuz everyone knows it was bugged).
