I'm not really sure druids are as bad as people make them out to be here. Give it time for players to adjust. A few things:

- You should be using CW / Ironbark very frequently (probably on cooldown and usually together).

- If glyphing Efflorescence, don't worry about trying to bloom the mushroom. Just drop it on top of players preemptively. It heals for the equivalent of 3 Lifeblooms in 1 GCD.

- You don't have to use every SotF buff on casted spells. A 100% hasted Rejuvenation followed up with Genesis is a very large amount of HPS without casting a single spell (SM -> Rejuv -> Genesis).

- Aside from the scenario above, you shouldn't be using Genesis all that much. It often just leads to a lot of wasted mana and GCDs.

- When dealing specifically with warriors, you should treat them like the treant-specced feral druids of last patch. As a general rule of thumb, don't ever try to cyclone them without NS unless they're disconnected or already controlled. SotF can help you land CC (even through reflect), but good players will learn to start looking for the SotF buff before you've used it.

Yeah, his partners didn't even attempt to CC the warlock casting into him with Demon Soul or the mage doing Alter Time damage. Neither of them had trinket available (mage isn't even wearing one).

It also wasn't a perfect setup, Zilea had 1-2 seconds after the DB broke early to AM out of the Frostjaw and avoid Deep completely.

I think this is part of the problem. People don't actually realize why they're dying and arena is too fast-paced for most to react. The mage has every buff in the game up:
  • Incanter's
  • Relic of Yu'lon
  • Insignia
  • Lightweave Embroidery
  • Synapse Springs
  • Blood Fury
  • Jade Spirit
  • Alter Time
That warrants instant cooldowns or peels as any class and not just paladins as Zilea would have you believe.

Obviously it's not really excusable that one player is capable of that much burst, and this video just highlights a much larger issue. Blizzard really needs to address all of the procs and damage-increasing abilities that many classes are able to stack together.

Have you played on PTR? The shrooms still easily heal a single player's full health bar. They stack very fast with Genesis. Killing it doesn't reset the healing effect, and you can drop/explode them on any player in one GCD. It's basically a glorified NS heal with almost no cooldown. Definitely not a step in the right direction.

When has this not been the case? Re-stealths have always been scary in the last few seasons just because of Find Weakness (and now PotW, etc.). In Cata, for example, rogues could do comparable damage to Dance when spamming talented backstabs with FW up.

If people weren't afraid of rogue openers I don't think it was because they weren't strong.

But really, I don't like any of these changes. The DR change just makes druids synergize better with fear classes, and a longer range makes it less punishing to overextend for CC.

They should have just done something to Feral PS and possibly looked at 1-minute NS clone (for all specs).

The graphical overlays from the programs you mention don't do that.
Not really sure you understand what "injection" means (or we have very different definitions). :P  OBS, as another example, injects a DLL into WoW with it's "Game Capture" mode using the exact same method as tMorph (you can see for yourself on GitHub).

The difference between the two programs is what they do once in-process. OBS is primarily hooking WoW's D3D library functions, which is often all that many "hacks" do. This is why you couldn't just ban every single application that injected into WoW, and why Warden looks instead for specific memory modifications.

Reforging all of your spirit away into another throughput stat can help a lot. You should probably win/lose before going OOM vs KFC. Shaman variant is definitely retarded with 2x purge, though.

Also, Reins of the Grand Expedition Yak is very useful if you want to go full try-hard mode and reforge in starting rooms (lol).

DB was a 1 minute cooldown for most of Beta, which is probably where it should be now. Not really sure that it should be usable while silenced, either.

We're only really weak vs Blood Fear in particular. No idea how this went live, easily one of the most boring abilities to be introduced in a very long time.
