Might wanna change it to like this, if you wanna save 95% CPU usage. Drycoded, havn't tested.

local f = CreateFrame("Frame")
local function Update(self, event, ...)
if event == "PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD" then
local recuperate = CreateFrame("Cooldown","Recuperate")
recuperate.icon = recuperate:CreateTexture(nil,"Border")

local slice = CreateFrame("Cooldown","Slice")
slice.icon = slice:CreateTexture(nil,"Border")
if event == "UNIT_AURA" then
local _,_,_,sourceGUID,_,_,_,destGUID = ...
if destGUID == UnitGUID("player") and sourceGUID == UnitGUID("player") then
for i=1, 40 do
local _,_,_,_,_,duration,expires,_,_,_,id = UnitBuff("player", i)
if id == 73651 then
Recuperate:SetCooldown(expires - duration - 0.5, duration)
elseif id == 5171 then
Slice:SetCooldown(expires - duration - 0.5, duration)
f:SetScript("OnEvent", Update)

#3894964 Resil is probably better than you currently think

I don't play a warrior, but

if player A takes 26.25dmg
And player B takes 23.25dmg

Player B takes 3% less dmg than player A? Don't think so m8.

I don't know about EU, but in US this kind of stuff is taught on 5th grade.

Not sure about us but in eu we know what difference means.

He could do the math. But not on your  data.

1. It's 0,8% Resilence
2. As Frost-DK with 487 ilvl I have 25-32k weapon Damage.
For the moment 1450 PvP-Power are ~ 5,5% PvP-Damage. This is ~ 1370-1760 Weapon Damage.
1370-1760 Weapon Damage = 2000-2600 Strenght (1,47 Str = 1 WeapDmg). ALL the Time. (Obviously: The better the Weapon, the better PvP-Power gets!)
3. My PvP-Procc-Trinket (Season 12, 2/2 upgrades, ilvl 491) proccs for 3.881 Strenght. After 40 seconds it proccs again 60 seconds ICD.  +1293 Str
The Shado-Pan for 6900, for 30? seconds. 45 seconds later again. 75 seconds ICD. +2760 Str

I think the PvP-Trinket is far superior to the Shadow-Pan-Trinket in PvP, especialy for Warriors. For Frost-DKs also quite good. Unholy is a different story, but even for them it should be better.

This is the warrior thread so i have no clue what you doing here.
For a warrior 1 str is almost 1 wepdmg. (0,95 maybe).
I haveno clue what 0.8% resil you talking about, since 350 resil is ~0,4%.
After 5.3 Resil loss will be 0.2% Power loss is 1% (if you neglate it with average 65-68% resilience).
Noone told you to remove your procc trinket. I use the PVP procc trinket with the Shadow Pan one. They always overlap their procc, i just randomly blow cds when i got both procc, some1 dies, or force a cd.
Another thing, if you're and engineer you can blow another 2k str from gloves at the same time.

As a warrior, and i think as any other class you not gonna kill anyone with sustained damage and low cd low stat procc stuff. I can't do that with 30%+ haste neither, with basicly spamming hc strike on gcd.
