DISCLAIMER : THIS IS VERY ROUGH IDEAS FROM A SIMPLE BRAINSTORM WITH A FRIEND, IF YOU THINK THEY ARE UNREASONABLE PLEASE ARGUMENT INTELLIGENTLY TO IMPROVE THEM.

Remove Stampede.

Replace it with a baseline Barrage, buff it to be a decent DPS CD ala Killing Spree, also add a Major glyph called "Glyph of Focus Fire"  that buffs the single target damage  but no longer cleaves a la Glyph of Starfall so we can have control over what the ability does in our particular comps. Still castable while moving like in 5.1.

Redesign lvl 75 tree :

Half A Murder of Crows focus cost, make it reset completly if the target its on dies.

Replace Blink Strike with something less redundant with Kill Command. Out of ideas for now.

Revert Lynx Rush change and make it cleave an additional target in a 5yards radius.

LvL 90 Tree.

Glaive toss hits much harder, CD bumped to 1 minute, also roots the target for 3 to 5 seconds.

Power Shot redesigned, its now a buff on a 2 minutes cd that greatly improve's your spec's signature shot.

Powered up Kill Command : Blink Strike, shadow step your pet behind the target, does more damage than KC also give's your pet a 6 seconds freedom.

Powered up Explosive Shot : Improved Damage, instantly procs Lock and Load, stuns the target for 3 seconds (TNT Stun comeback without the RNG shit).

Powered Chimera Shot : Improved Damage, Improved healing, Knock backs the target as far as the current Power Shot.

Add a new 3rd lvl 90 ability here. Out of ideas for now.

Also buff pets survivability, its really insanely stupid how easy it is to kill them now.

Most depressing thing isnt what balance is terrible. Its not what they did nothing to fix it yet. Its what they have no understanding whats wrong and how to fix it. GC is reading forum and cant understand, who is right and who is wrong. He is watching game and cant see problems. He is idiot. Thats why no future until he was not fired.

Hello everyone, I've been playing around with macros to put me in hawk and fox depending on the shot I want and like the rest of you that tried it I found the constant CAW CAW CAW sound to be horrible. So I started googling and playing around and figured out how to remove the Aspect Sounds from the game. It's not against the ToS, we're not modifying MPQ files here, just substituting our own sound files just like fonts. This functionality is built into wow, that's why we can just make a folder and the game picks up the substitions on it's own. No addons or hacking needed.

With the latest batch of blunders (i.e. hotfixes) from Blizzard, imo it will be beneficial to switch to AotH for certain shots since AotH will give either 2k+ AP. You should know that aspects share their own weird cooldown system and when spammed can have strange effects on your shots and may delay them slightly. Enough rambling here's what I did:

Downloaded this addon to get a proper blank .wav file, Blizz is picky about .wav files and they have to be saved with certain attributes. Not all blank .wav files are equal, don't ask me why, I'm no sound engineer

Create the following directory:

YOUR WOW INSTALL\Data\Sound\Spells

Copy the blank .wav file from the addon you downloaded to this folder.

Make two copies of this file

Name the first copy AspectofTheHawk

I'm pretty sure upper and lower case would matter here, but I have not tested it. Make sure you name it exactly as I typed above.

Name the second copy Pathfinding

I think that should do it, I personally went one step further and made more copies of the blank file and named them the following. This was mostly done in my troubleshooting phase trying to find which file was creating the second sound. Renaming AspectofTheHawk.wav removes the CAW CAW CAW, but there's still a whoosh sound every time you change aspects. That whoosh sound is Pathfinding.wav, so here's the whole list just in case you want it. Pay attention to case and spelling:

You'll find it interesting that there are aspects we've never heard of in there! I, only renamed them trying to find the whoosh sound.

EDIT - Shot Macros

I've been using the following to change aspects automatically -

#showtooltip SHOT NAME
/cast !Aspect of the Hawk
/cast SHOT NAME

Substitute the aspect name as needed for steady and cobra macros, I'm playing with castsequence macros too to see if I can make it any more elegant. Thought some folks might want to see the macro, when you spam it, that's when the Aspect sounds become annoying.

Tranq @ start or if you think it's more beneficial than doing damage (cc on dr or the fact it'll take ages to bring someone down and removing stuff like kings or motw is better than an extra arcane shot). obviously use it for freedom, bop, focus tranq divine plea if their paladin even has to uses it, zerker rage so your lock can fear, unholy frenzy, general warrior damage modifier enrages because they seem pretty hard to get up (like one has to have MS crit or something?) and post-patch you'll be doing a lot of tranqing on fury warriors so that they don't 1 shot you or your team mates

as for widow venom that can fuck right off

You should definately have a forum of some kind for people to post qeustions beforehand.
Thereby making it much much easier to pick out the right qeustions, preparing them and answer them better than just choosing qeustions from the chat.

The real issue is obviously throwdown and heroic leap, but removing those would remove all "hot new stuff" for warriors in cataclysm, and hence won't happen. Instead they gut the wrong abilities.

they dont drop the resistance they drop healing stream and the resistance is glyphed into it

go for 200 :D it'll be overall more damage
