Xonika just said that he got perma banned, my sources are telling me that this might be the best day on Eugene's live, Eugene is going to party with his gf that met in World of Warcraft after telling her how he was the best boost reporter in the history of the game.
I don't know about other countries but here in the USA it takes 3-6 weeks to get your passport if you do not have one. And in some cases you need to also apply for a visa, that takes time to accept. And blizzcon is 20 days away so some simple math can show you that the logical solution here is to just take the other team and not have a team at blizzcon have a free buy due to winner by default.
omg its fucking unreal how much bullshit you talk no one here is talking about the fucking passport im pretty sure everyone whos going to blizzcon has his passport ready and towards US you dont need a visa to stay there for 2 weeks being from the europe union, theres something called ESTA: https://esta.cbp.dhs...s.gov/esta/ that takes maximun 24 HOURS, so stop talking random bullshit 24/7 and get your ass off of your pc so you can at least learn how your country works
On top of that, on blizzcon 2013 thugonomics couldnt attend by the time the rest of us were asked to be there because of exams (thats what novoz told us) and blizzard allowed him to get some days off, so it doesnt make any sense the decision they re taking now, and it makes less sense that they dont allow you to replace people from your team to be able to go, everything is disgusting, im sorry for you guys.
3/8 teams getting fucked by blizzard decisions, if you even think thats anything close to normal on a supposed to be e-sports competitive scene you should move to a different forum so at least those who empathize we can avoid reading certain type of bullshit
For example when hydra came back to play in the last season of MoP he wasnt even close to the other top priests. Game was easier but all the players was so much better than before. Then WoD came out and any1 can get whatever so cba playing.
You mean, the dude came back from like, not playing the game for a pretty long ass time, while everyone else has been spamming thousands of games ? Don't be absurd. I came back in March 2014 and I was back playing on Glad rating in May of 2014, this game is most definitely not hard to pick back up. Were there people better than me ? Obviously, I haven't played for 3 years, but this game is definitely not rocket science.
Prime example of what every "old" player would be like if they continued playing and never took a long(er) break is Jahmilli, he's most likely the best player playing this game at the moment ( by a huge margin as well ). Only other people who can contest with him are people like Pojke/Zunniyaki who have also been playing the game since fucking forever as well.
# of hours put into something = you'll be better than any sort of newcomer to the scene, as long as you're not a spastic retard that stops improving at one point because of whatever reason
being good in wotlk(fabio) and being r1(you) in wotlk are ALOT different. gettin r1 in 5s in some shit bg with 1900 cr with 20 ppl sharing is nothing compared to actually gettin r1 now were the "playerbase" is in general alot more skilled/further ahead compared to back then.
Tbh rank 1 became even more of a joke when BGs got merged also made it way less fun getting gladiator/r1, but yes getting rank 1 in wrath 5 years ago in a completely different game doesn't mean you are good in this expansion.
I would say that wotlk required way more skill to play compared to MoP/WoD but then again the general players were a bit worse too so you could outplay your opponents way more. But yeah obviously the outplaying part also had to do with that you had like the double amount of spells that you have now and every class was kind of unique.
