Sorry to insist but, if widow venom has been deleted where is gone hunter's mortal strike debuff ?

It's to early to tell, but perhaps they will bake it into another ability. Otherwise I think devilsaur still has the debuff.

Looks like MM will have the highest pool of focus for aimed shot being the main focus dump.

Update: Looks like more than devilsaur will have the healing debuff. Also using Lone Wolf allows you to pick 1 of the 6 raid buffs.

General Info.

Hunter

Hunters have lacked a strong distinction between the different specializations. What we mean by that is that the Hunter specializations all had rotations that felt similar, with  Marksmanship and Survival having the most blurred identities (Beast Mastery felt well rooted in the pet). Hunters were also some of the most afflicted by button bloat. To address these problems, we opted to make changes to each specialization's rotation, primarily through removing abilities, and making some of them unique to each spec. This means things like Aimed Shot being the primary Focus dump for Marksmanship, instead of Arcane Shot or Serpent Sting being available only to Survival. Hunters also had a large number of cooldown abilities, which we've also cut down (some of which we moved to the talent tree, competing with other active buttons). For a full list of what was removed, please see Ability Pruning and PvP - Crowd Control and Diminishing Returns.

One of the most difficult abilities to decide to cut was Aspect of the Hawk. It began to feel fairly meaningless, since it was used virtually all of the time in combat, so might as well have just been passive. We decided to cut Aspect of the Hawk, and bake in its benefit to the other abilities. The remaining aspect abilities are all utility only, and are being moved off the stance bar and made toggles.

Overall, Hunters should see a drastic reduction in the number of active buttons, and have a clearer distinction between the different specializations. With some of these changes, you may find yourself favoring a different specialization. Keep in mind that Draenor Perks, earned from levels 91 to 99, will serve to further distinguish the different specializations.
  • Aspect of the Pack no longer appears on the stance bar and is now on the global cooldown.
  • Aspect of the Cheetah no longer appears on the stance bar and is now on the global cooldown.
  • Glyph of Aspect of the Beast: The ability taught by this Glyph no longer appears on the stance bar and is now on the global cooldown.
  • Glyph of Aspect of the Cheetah: No longer triggers any cooldown on Aspects.
There were also a few other changes, primarily for quality of life and rotational consistency.
  • Aimed Shot now deals 20% more damage and no longer interrupts Auto Attacks.
  • Dismiss Pet now ignores line of sight.
  • Hunter Pets now have a 1 second global cooldown.
  • Black Arrow’s periodic effect now has a chance each time it deals damage to cause the next 2 Explosive Shots to cost no Focus and not trigger a cooldown. This effect is guaranteed to activate at least once.
  • Explosive Trap now places a periodic-damage effect on each target within the radius of the explosion, rather than a persistent effect on the ground.
Level 100 Talents

Flaming Shots - You light your basic auto shots on fire. They now deal 80% weapon damage as Fire damage.

Versatility (Beast Mastery) - Increases the effect of your pet's Combat Experience to 70% increased damage. Your pet now gains the following abilities, regardless of its active spec: Spiked Collar, Roar of Sacrifice, Cornered, Boar's Speed, Last Stand, Blood of the Rhino, Great Stamina.

  • - Increases the duration of Explosive Shot by 1 sec.

#4065542 Extra CD - Prideful Proc Trinkets

Posted TheGosuStandard on 26 February 2014 - 08:00 AM

Here's a way to do it & it worked for agility proc trinket.

WoW>>>Interface>>>Addons>>>ExtraCD>>>data

Once you get in the data file Ctrl+F and search for "pvp" you should see the imgur I linked below.

http://imgur.com/8X6XoX4

Blue = Alliance Item #   Red = Horde Item #

After you add them go back in game & press "Reset Original Data".

Going to test if it works for others as well.

Obviously losing readiness sucks, but it was massive bullshit with these hunter mongo blow-up comps that revolve around just front-loading all readiness CD's on the opener, getting a double silence and double scatter and just all-inning. Shit had to go. (yes it was DR'd, but it was still retarded). Stuff like that is just bad for arena in general.

As for the nerf to pet buffing.. Maybe it wasn't an intended mechanic from blizzard from the start, to be able to do that; and just decided to get rid of it. Who knows.

If so they should at least bring back buffs from stampede, otherwise what's the point of having 5 pets on us at a time.

Hunters have dominated this whole x-pac and still fidn reasons to complain somehow. And yea they removed readiness so you lose some of the most broken instant CC in the game, but blizz has buffed every specs damamge at eveyr turn since that happened...  so please all of you hunters STFU and DIE!!!

Well someone seems upset, people are discussing it there is no reason to be so angry.

#3932385 Deterrence on a Recharge Mechanic Broken

Posted TheGosuStandard on 28 August 2013 - 06:23 PM

Yea that's the reason I am confused, the developer's said that they would compensate with the removal of Readiness (Prior to removal we had it reset only defensive abilities).

It seems weird that now GC say's they wanted to target Hunter Defensive Cd's when that wasn't the issue, he even stated it was a buff (2 every 3 minutes, I guess he doesn't know how it works).

#3915496 Poll - thoughts on new transmog helms for $

Posted TheGosuStandard on 19 July 2013 - 07:14 AM

In a game that has a fixed monthly cost there shouldn't be extra additions in pricing, this includes the heavily overpriced character services and now addition of store items.

Maybe this is a sign that WoW will go free to play soon and they are just trying to juice out as much cash as they can?
