#4617382 LoseControl

Posted by millanzarreta on 18 November 2016 - 05:27 AM

Hi!

I love this addon, so I've spent a good deal of my time updating it to version 7.1.0. I added a large amount of spells to spellID list, fixed some bugs (news with legion), and add two news functionalities:

- If you are not using OmniCC, now you can enable/disable the Blizzard cooldown text in the addon (if you really use it)

- Added a new option for remove the cooldown in bars when you are in CC

If I forget some CC say it in this thread.

Enjoy!

#3798365 Curse of enfeeblement 1/2/3 macro

Posted by millanzarreta on 02 November 2012 - 09:22 AM

First, sorry for my bad english.

"castsequence" only admits one modifier, this is the problem. Example, this works:

/castsequence [@arena1] reset=2 Spell, Other Spell, Other Spell

but this not works:

/castsequence reset=2 [@arena1] Spell, [@arena2] Other Spell, [@arena3] Other Spell

I created some macros but are somewhat limited. This macro is spammable but only works for two targets (arena1, arena2). It does not change your target, so you can cast the curse manually to your target (arena3) and later spam the macro:

#showtooltip
/castsequence [@arena1] reset=2 Curse of Enfeeblement,a
/cast [@arena2] Curse of Enfeeblement

This macro works for 3 targets (arena1, arena2, arena3) but you must wait for the GCD between each pulse to work properly. Furthermore, your target is changed.

#showtooltip
/castsequence [@arena1] reset=2 Curse of Enfeeblement,a
/cast Curse of Enfeeblement
/tar arena2
/targetlasttarget
/targetlasttarget [exists]
/tar [noexists] arena3
/cleartarget
/targetlasttarget

#3796319 Spammable Soul burn / Soul Swap macro

Posted by millanzarreta on 29 October 2012 - 02:37 AM

I use this:

#showcooldown Soul Swap
/castsequence reset=2/target Soulburn,a
/castsequence reset=2/target Soul Swap,a

Not perfect, but it's something. This macro prevents using more than 1 soul shard when the target it's out of range. The two spells are in separate "castsecuence" to need only 1 click instead of 2. reset=2/target resets the sequence when you change target. reset=2/target resets the sequence when 2 seconds elapse since the last click in this macro, you can customize this time. The wrong spell "a" at the end of the "castsequence" list prevents the sequence is reset when reaches the end.

Alternative macros (work, but not as well):

#showcooldown Soul Swap
/castsequence reset=2/target Soulburn,a
/cast Soul Swap

#showcooldown Soul Swap
/castsequence reset=2/target Soulburn, Soul Swap

#3792126 stats priority

Posted by millanzarreta on 17 October 2012 - 10:15 PM

Sorry for my bad english...

With the hit/haste belt (this reforge is +19 haste -10 mastery compared to yours, btw) http://chardev.org/p...pmasthaste.html

haste - 3456 x 2.2
mastery - 5106 x 2.74
crit - 2405 x 1.95
=25201.14

With the crit/mastery belt http://chardev.org/p...sthastecap.html

haste - 3067 x 2.2
mastery - 5197 x 2.74
crit - 2703 x 1.95
=25676.93

The final sums are wrong:

With the hit/haste belt (with extra UA tick) (this reforge is +19 haste -10 mastery compared to yours, btw) http://chardev.org/p...pmasthaste.html

haste - 3456 x 2.2
mastery - 5106 x 2.74
crit - 2405 x 1.95
=26283.39

With the crit/mastery belt (with extra UA tick)
http://chardev.org/p...sthastecap.html

haste - 3067 x 2.2
mastery - 5197 x 2.74
crit - 2703 x 1.95
=26258.03

With the crit/mastery belt (without extra UA tick) http://chardev.org/p...2-pvppmast.html

haste - 2875 x 2.2
mastery - 5389 x 2.74
crit - 2703 x 1.95
=26361.71

The last setup offers the max dps, but not offers a extra UA tick. "hit/haste belt" setup offers more dps than "crit/mastery belt (with extra UA tick)". I think this extra UA tick is important when dps differences are so few.

The intangibles- haste might let you get a cast off, mastery should be weighted even higher in PVP than these scale factors show because so much higher % of our damage is UA/Corr/Agony

For this matter, I will test UA/Corr/Agony damages for both setups (in TR, I use greem gems of pvp power + mastery instead of pvp power + pvp resi, but this does not affect the comparison):

UA:

"hit/haste belt (with extra UA tick)": 64056 over 14.80sec (1 extra tick) (4328.11 dps)
"crit/mast belt (with extra UA tick)": 64296 over 14.93sec (1 extra tick) (4306.50 dps)

Corruption:

"hit/haste belt (with extra UA tick)": 66730 over 18.50sec (1 extra tick) (3607.03 dps)
"crit/mast belt (with extra UA tick)": 66990 over 18.66sec (1 extra tick) (3590.03 dps)

Agony:

"hit/haste belt (with extra UA tick)": 43512 - 69619 over 24.05sec (1 extra tick) (2352.00 dps)
"crit/mast belt (with extra UA tick)": 43512 - 69619 over 24.26sec (0 extra tick) (2331.64 dps)

"hit/haste belt" setup offers more dps in UA/Corr/agony than "crit/mastery belt (with extra UA tick)".

Definitely, I think the best setup is:

"hit/haste belt (with extra UA tick)": http://chardev.org/p...pmasthaste.html
EDIT: This is better (different reforges): http://chardev.org/p...aste2-Best.html

Finally, data from the extra ticks.

Haste for 1 extra tick in UA: 7.14%
Haste for 2 extra tick in UA: 21.43%
Haste for 3 extra tick in UA: 35.71%
Haste for 4 extra tick in UA: 50.00%

Haste for 1 extra tick in Corruption: 5.56%
Haste for 2 extra tick in Corruption: 16.67%
Haste for 3 extra tick in Corruption: 27.78%
Haste for 4 extra tick in Corruption: 38.89%
Haste for 5 extra tick in Corruption: 50.00%

Haste for 1 extra tick in Agony: 7.86%
Haste for 2 extra tick in Agony: 12.50%
Haste for 3 extra tick in Agony: 20.83%
Haste for 4 extra tick in Agony: 29.17%
Haste for 5 extra tick in Agony: 37.50%
Haste for 6 extra tick in Agony: 45.83%
Haste for 7 extra tick in Agony: 54.17%
