Currently deterrence is a 2 minute CD when your not spec'd into "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Chimera" and with that talent it is a 1 minute CD. Readiness allowed us to double deterrence every 5 minutes and we could use deterrence twice while readiness was on CD without crouching tiger or we could use it 4 times with crouching tiger during readiness downtime.
Currently on the PTR we have a new charge system that IMO is broken as shit. With this new system we start with 2 charges on a 3 minute CD without crouching tiger and with it s a 2 minute CD. You all may think that this seems alright and what could be wrong with it other than the CD increase but there is something I found after testing.
If you don't have crouching tiger ONE charge of deterrence is a 3 minute CD. If we use both of our deterrence's it's a total of 6 minutes before we have our "Double Deterrence" back up. And say during those 6 minutes if we use one of our deterrence's say the one that comes up at 3 minutes then we have to wait another 6 minutes for 2 more charges. Each charge shares a CD so in reality we will only be able to "Double Deterrence" once per arena match and the overall amount of deterrence's we get to use is basically cut in half.
They nerfed Our Burst and CC with the readiness removal which was needed but defensively I think hunters were perfectly fine.
Everyone's thoughts on this change and please no Mages or locks being like " YES HUNTERS BURN SUCKERS"
This feels like a classical blizzard overkill nerf
