you gotta work your way up the food chain again.

step 1: spam trade and durotar/elwynn for similar experience 1850 players
step 2: achieve "X" rating otherwise repeat step 1 until you achieve "X" rating. (in this instance replace "X" with 2000 for the appropriate starting accomplishment)
step 3: either continue pushing rating with these people or begin advertising your newly acquired "X" rating for similar and consequently higher experience partners.
step 4: repeat step 3 in intervals of 100 to 200 rating until you find a group of people you enjoy playing with and/or achieve high ratings.

I second that! This is a good way to achieve rating. Try 1900 first :)

The only you can do is to move and scale the ArenaPrepFrame1-3 like your ArenaFrame, it wont prevent your frame getting gray tho

Is there a script to move the micromenu as a whole?
Looked around for one but cant seem to find any.

Yes but everytime you move in or out of a vehicle the micromenu gets resetted. Therefor you have to track that event
My code
-- Micro Menu
local function MoveMicroMenu()
for i=1, #MICRO_BUTTONS do _G[MICRO_BUTTONS[i]]:SetScale(0.88) end
CharacterMicroButton:ClearAllPoints()
CharacterMicroButton:SetPoint("BOTTOMRIGHT", UIParent, "BOTTOMRIGHT", -248,0)
end
-- Micro Menu
MoveMicroMenu()
-- Micro Menu Event
local MicroMenuMove = CreateFrame("FRAME")
MicroMenuMove:RegisterEvent("UNIT_EXITED_VEHICLE")
MicroMenuMove:SetScript("OnEvent", MoveMicroMenu)

This is that i use and it works perfectly:
local LARGE_AURA_SIZE = 29 -- Auras you applied to target/focus. Default size 21
local SMALL_AURA_SIZE = 23 -- Auras others applied to target/focus. Default size 17
local AURA_OFFSET_Y = 3
local NUM_TOT_AURA_ROWS = 2
local AURA_ROW_WIDTH = 126; --122
hooksecurefunc("TargetFrame_UpdateAuraPositions", function(self, auraName, numAuras, numOppositeAuras, largeAuraList, updateFunc, maxRowWidth, offsetX, mirrorAurasVertically)
-- a lot of this complexity is in place to allow the auras to wrap around the target of target frame if it's shown
maxRowWidth = AURA_ROW_WIDTH
local offsetX = 2
-- Position auras
local size;
local offsetY = AURA_OFFSET_Y;
-- current width of a row, increases as auras are added and resets when a new aura's width exceeds the max row width
local rowWidth = 0;
local firstBuffOnRow = 1;
for i=1, numAuras do
-- update size and offset info based on large aura status
if ( largeAuraList[i] ) then
size = LARGE_AURA_SIZE;
offsetY = AURA_OFFSET_Y + AURA_OFFSET_Y;
else
size = SMALL_AURA_SIZE;
end
-- anchor the current aura
if ( i == 1 ) then
rowWidth = size;
self.auraRows = self.auraRows + 1;
else
rowWidth = rowWidth + size + offsetX;
end
if ( rowWidth > maxRowWidth ) then
-- this aura would cause the current row to exceed the max row width, so make this aura
-- the start of a new row instead
updateFunc(self, auraName, i, numOppositeAuras, firstBuffOnRow, size, offsetX, offsetY, mirrorAurasVertically);
rowWidth = size;
self.auraRows = self.auraRows + 1;
firstBuffOnRow = i;
offsetY = AURA_OFFSET_Y;
if ( self.auraRows > NUM_TOT_AURA_ROWS ) then
-- if we exceed the number of tot rows, then reset the max row width
-- note: don't have to check if we have tot because AURA_ROW_WIDTH is the default anyway
maxRowWidth = AURA_ROW_WIDTH;
end
else
updateFunc(self, auraName, i, numOppositeAuras, i - 1, size, offsetX, offsetY, mirrorAurasVertically);
end
end
end)

Just play around with the local constants in the first lines

Hi,

every week you dont play any arena games you get 1000 conquest points added to your cap. so if you didnt play 4 weeks its a total of 5200....(2200 in the beginning then 3 x1000 the following three weeks)

You can check your next week cap by mouse overing your arena ratings

edit: called "mid-season catch up" see http://eu.battle.net...opic/7426606185
