1. Giving feral Druids a solid defensive ability that does not revolve around using symbiosis on a teammate.
2. Simply toning other classes down. As Yipz just pointed out, there is no reason for all Druids to have NS just as there is no reason for all mages to have PoM. The balance fix is removing PoM from frost and fire, not adding NS to ferals.
The solution to balancing in this game should not be to send every class into an non-stop arms race. This just creates more imbalances... As we have seen time and time again.
Ferals are not going to be fixed this expansion. You can add more damage, or instant CC, or whatever... And although they may "fix" your class in doing so, it's just going to cause more balancing issues in the grand scheme of things.
I have premedition bound but I also got it macro'd into cheapshot/garrote/ambush.
Tbh, people are screwing UHW after the nerf but I personally don't find it that bad cuz the passive agility is really nice and procc aint that bad either.
Currently I'm using the heroic version of "Essence of the Cyclone" but I'm trying to get a hold of the agility trinkets from Firelands.
I guess it's all about personal preference and if your specced into imp recup or not.
I'd say that the resilience you'd would want to reach is in between 3600-4000.
If your new at rogue and not that experienced I would recommend aiming for a higher resilience number.
As it goes for macros:
I got startattack on hemo, backstab and shiv.
