#4636877 We are going back to vanilla bois

4) okay first off do you mean "your problem"? not "our problem"?  And second off I didn't use 'your' wrong once and I never even said you're.  So you fell pretty flat on YOUR face again there bud.

I was thinking about replying to your pseudo-philosophical thoughts on semantics of the word need. However, after seeing you go back and actually correct your grammar in that old post, I realised I was getting trolled.

#4636725 We are going back to vanilla bois

Posted by Abidalzim on 06 November 2017 - 07:58 PM

1) so you played the game, didn’t enjoy it, so you don’t want to pay for it. That’s fine you shouldn’t buy a game you don’t like. Let’s try to act like adults here and just simply say “I don’t like the game, therefor I’m not wasting my money on it” instead of like an ‘enlightened’ twat and n say shit like “I won’t buy it out of principle because blizz just wants my money”. No shit Sherlock, they are a buisiness not your mother. They make money by making games people want to play and if you don’t want to play it don’t buy it. Jesus you are dumb. The only reason you should use the term “not buying it out of principle” in relation to a video game, is when you are talking about preorders. Everything else doesn’t make sense.

2) This arguement is seriously the most frustrating topic to talk about because dipshits like you are so dense you can’t see what actually happened. When wow was number one in the “esports” scene do you even remember the other games people were watching? Esports was in its infancy and was basically the only thing to watch. This was also at a time when wow was at its peak in terms of subs so when you have the biggest population you’ve ever had, on top of there being virtually no competition of course you are going to be number one in the scene that JUST started.

And you honestly think that they dropped the ball simply because they didn’t have a spectator UI? Holy delusion Batman, you are a fuckin loon. WoW should have never been considered an esport because it’s a fuckin mmo. I mean with your logic shouldn’t wow be back at number one? We have a spectator ui and all so what’s the deal? Also when league started becoming number one in the esports scene did they have a spectator ui? Fuck no. They had the shittiest ui to follow games imaginable. Yet they were still number one. You know why? Because league is fun to watch. Wow is not.

Either way, again, these examples you give have NO relation to blizzard being professional in terms of making and maintaining a server, which, is what we are talking about. So again please, stay on topic and discuss what we are discussing you ape.

3) Yet again this has nothing to do with maintaining a vanilla server. Nothing at all. But I’ll poke holes in your logic anyway. What game hasn’t had an mmr/Elo bug/abuse problem? All systems in gaming has had its issues and yes they weren’t fixed right away. But yet again, you seem to like to bring up pvp problems on a game that is designated specifically for pve. That’s like playing GTA and bitching that they haven’t fixed a bug where players get one shot with a pistol by other players. WoW. Was. Not. Made. For. Pvp.

But again, none of this matters anyway because this doesn’t have to deal with how they would maintain a vanilla server. So again..... please stay on topic.

4) I’m not even quite sure what you are trying to say here. I’m just going to assume English is your second language and you think that made any sort of sense when in reality you are just spewing gibberish

1) So preorders are different and you can't choose not to buy a game, even if it was good? lol, whatever logic is in there, I'd want to smoke some of it.

2) WoW was the infancy of esports? lol and WoW was probably also the first online game with millions of players for you? I've not heard dumber shit in a while. Esports was going on for more than 10 years by that point rofl. Also the reasoning as to why it was wrong, wrong, wrong for it to have the amount of viewers is beyond retarded. "Let's make a game that's difficult to watch even more difficult to watch so we can diminish our success", do you even hear how retarded you sound?

3) I don't care about pve, but I'm sure someone more informed could tell you all about pve. We shouldn't ignore one thing though and that's that they don't give a fuck about vanilla and are doing it because they're forced too. Much like they're forced to keep arena in game and would rather delete it if they could.

4) I'm assuming english is your 2nd language as well, since literate natives generally don't have trouble choosing your and you're correctly. Maybe that's our issue.

#4636718 We are going back to vanilla bois

Posted by Abidalzim on 06 November 2017 - 03:59 AM

Wait so yo played d3? So you DID feed the “cash cow” huh? How else would you know it’s shit? Oh let me guess.. “I watched it on twitch I know what it like hurrr durr”. So you know know how fun it is by watching if that’s the case?

And yeah I am calling blizzard professional. You thinking they aren’t is beyond fucking delusional. Whether you agree or not, they made the best mmo that has ever been and still the most popular one to this day. And yeah I’m not a fan of how it is now either but it doesn’t matter what I think about it, a lot of people enjoy it and they made/are making a fuck ton of money off of it.

And you must know nothing about how correcting bugs work. Yeah they fuck up with bugs sometimes but for the most part it’s a really polished game in terms of bugs. Oh you have 2-3 examples of them fucking up with bugs? Wow what a shit show blizz is.

Also wtf are you talking about with tabards and ashran what the hell does this have to do with classic wow? You know I’m talking about classic wow right?? You know what to expect from a classic server so bringing up ashran or any other stupid shit blizz has done with the game the last expansions makes you look like a fuck wit. Please if you are going to be giving me constructive debate points, make sure you keep on task dipshit

1) A friend who's never played Diablo before bought it, while I became reluctant to do so when I saw what they intend to do. Account sharing yo, way to assume, retard.

2) Professional like how they handled arena when it was smashing all and every competition out there - only to end up in being dropped from mlg because they couldn't be bothered to update a simple spectator UI? :D

3) How about mmr bug abusing being in game for what, a year? After it was "fixed" at the start of s9. People going 3600 rating in blue gear for the lols? Yeah, top quality. :D

4) Ah I see, nothing has to do with nothing. Everything else was completely unrelated and even though Blizzard literally said they have no fucking clue yet what they're going to do with classic, you already know. Retard.

Out of what principles exactly? They are bringing back a vanilla server we have asked for, for a long time and with professional bug fixing and server maintenance with no risk of the server turning into a private server mess like 99% of vanilla servers do. And paying $15 a month, 50 cents a day, is where you draw your line in the dirt?

Also what are you taking about with D3? They made a new diablo for you to play but it’s against your principles to pay for the game? You think your a snowflake or something princess?

Made for me/us lol. Give me a break.

They're here to milk the cash cow and it's probably more cost effective to make their own classic servers for little to no effort than to have to continuosly fight private servers in and out of court and receive bad publicity for it. Same with D3, that game was the worst shit ever produced by Blizzard and an insult to the Diablo series. All the new "features" and "evolution" and "new business models" that made the game shit were in place to try and milk the game franchise by making retards buy it.

Furthermore, Blizzard and professional in the same sentence? After all the mediocre shit that company produced during the last couple of years, one must have delusionally high expectations to say that. How does professional bug fixing and support by blizzard look like? 1 month of stampede doing 400 % damage in arena? No PvP tabards until next expansion, or if you're lucky like in Legion, until mid-expansion? Maybe Holinka saying Ashran is a big success?

It's not about it being expensive or not. 15 € wouldn't be expensive, just overpriced by about 300 % and made by a company that isn't much different that EA in terms of quality and business practices. The questions is do you want to support Blizzard or not. For me it's a clear no, but I might play vanilla in spite of that.

I found soloq 3v3 mch to be quite fun, although it was often a bit toxic.

#4629814 How do I add spells to gladius DRtracker?

Posted by Abidalzim on 04 March 2017 - 02:37 PM

Gladius 5.1.1\Gladius\Libs\DRData-1.0.lua

open it with notepad and go to

incapacitate = {
-- Druid
[    99] = true, -- Incapacitating Roar (talent)
[203126] = true, -- Maim (with blood trauma pvp talent)
[236025] = true, -- Enraged Maim
I don't use gladius, so I haven't tested it.

#4629007 Can we make Blizzard listen somehow?

Posted by Abidalzim on 25 February 2017 - 11:45 AM

And sure, I guess that maybe its not 100% fair to call MoP the best expansion just and only for Season 15. But then again, isn't this what every WotLK player is doing about S8? I know for a fact that S5, S6 and S7 were also a big cancer. So why do people praise WotLK so much only out of S8, if that's the case?

Mostly everyone always said s7>s8, but AT was played on 3.3.5a. I'm not sure where s8=best season came from, must be a recent thing.

I'm not sure if I was confusing this video with the 10000g flyn dueling.

#4627648 wow forum post on faction based rewards

Posted by Abidalzim on 15 February 2017 - 02:03 AM

your reply:

maybe language barriers or you're still in kindergarten.

so for example: 2500 Rating in 3v3 on Alliance = Duelist, 2500 in 3v3 on Horde = Gladiator. You play on the same ladder.

Don't you get why this system is retarded?

And then you compare EU and US Ladder requirements for Gladiator. Different ladders. US has less players therefore lower overall ratings (I assume).

So you use this rating discrepancy between US and EU to rationalize 2400 Gladiator on Horde and 2650 Gladiator on Alliance, when Horde and Alliance player play on the same ladder.

Alliance EU had easymode gladiator for almost 10 seasons now, I really don't see the issue.

I'm also not particularly upset about rating bashing, since the OP is not even 50 rating higher xp than I am - on multiple classes, druid being one of them. Before the game went to total shit in mop. And I was high enough to get glad on horde last season as well as some seasons before, so... :)

#4627492 wow forum post on faction based rewards

Posted by Abidalzim on 13 February 2017 - 09:27 PM

My big point in the post is that the established pvp community will always have people to play with regardless of faction, and so the faction imbalance does not affect them, and then they're just left with a very easily abuse-able system

Yes, the ones that pay real money to transfer around for in game titles. Let them if they want to.

Thank you for your input, EU horde player. Good luck on your pursuit of the gladiator title -- I hear it's only 2400 or something!

Thanks, I've been sitting in LFG for a few days now looking for a lock. If only I was alliance.

Good luck on your prestigeous glad titles as well!
