Stances on player portrait

A little script I have done to show the stance you're in, on your portrait.

Shows the Anticipation talent buff stacks as additional combo points.
It also makes normal combo points appear instantly, without the default 30ms animation.

ResourcesOnTop - Class resources atop the PlayerFrame

Moves the class resources to the top of the PlayerFrame, with a vertical inversion of the textures, so they fit perfectly.
