I am still optimistic enh will be better in cata then it was in wotlk and tbc. Were moving back towards longer games, but we have alot more tools then in tbc and the healers are built a bit different then in tbc as well. We also have more options on who to play with since ms is only 10% we don't have to strap ourselves to a warrior hunter or rogue.
Because calling Backstab a "hardhitting" ability... I want whatever you're smoking.
30% crit damage including the buffs it got for 4.0.1. In cata we'll have 20-30% crit, and with the crit reduction GONE from resil, backstab will be very powerful for a 50-60% crit chance ability.
The problem with ferals is that their DMG tree=has all our trees in one and a protection tree. So they not only get the utlity we have from sub, but also the damage. For us, we have to go mut, or combat when it's buffed, for consistent damage.
But the idea of making backstab give more damage when behind works I guess. You just shouldn't completely remove the positional aspect, maybe just the "requirement."
