What you don't get is that if you nerf all that you wont see any Enhancement/Elemental shamans in arena.

If you want to take something you also need to give something.

I agree that Purge glyph needs to be removed that 1 ability is what makes you even see enhancement shamans in arena probly elemental also because it's soo strong. If you remove Purge elemental shaman and Enhancement shaman needs to get a substain damange increase and maybe reduce damage done in Ascendance.   Tremor totem should not be removed from Totemic Restoration problem is everyone uses a macro to kill the totem to regain its cooldown that was fixed in 5.1 but then someone found a new macro to abuse.

Sure you can increase cooldown on windshear from 12 to 15 seconds cooldown but then also increase the lockout from spells from 3 to 4 seconds.

My self im looking forward for next balance patch since PoM into RoF is being removed same with Blood Fear and Predator Swiftness is being revamped (yes its a bluepost on mmo champ)

i think warriors are fine atm only 1 change id like to see and thats damage removed or reduced on Shockwave.

Some of my touhts about balancing the game a little more

Warriors ( arms ): Remove the intercept sharing CD with charge from juggernaut, re-design Inner Rage to remove slow effects and give a short freedom but make it 1min CD with 8 sec uptime and make it put a 20 sec CD on Deadly calm and Reck. Redesign Slam to be instant cast but have lower dmg, make heroic throw root the target for 3 sec, redesign Recklessness to, instead of incrasing crit chance, give a flat dmg boost. This would ofcourse include a major dmg nerf to Overpower MS and Slam to compensate for the mobility buffs, point is to change the playstyle from tunneling dmg to more mobility.

Death Knight: Unholy is in a pretty good position imo compared to other classes. Frost should have its dmg toned down ( by nerfing frost strike and maybe the death runes ) but should get a buff to mobility thru making Death's Advance possible to reach as frost.

Paladins: As someone ( cant recall who ) suggested Consecration should be an AoE that dmges friendly targets and should have a one min CD ( AoE CC breaker ) and lower its mana cost. Paladins need to get some form of healing / absorb when they are CCed, they could add a spell "Glorious Prayer" that consumes your holy power and puts a HoT on the target, it would put one stack / holy power ( to make dispelling it harder ) and should heal a little bit more than Word of Glory but over 10-12 sec.

Shamans: Restoration should get a flat 10% healing nerf and SL totem removed, redesign the mastery to something new ( or just nerf the current one ) to prevent the 1%->75% heals that shamans can do at the moment, make earth shield on have 4 stacks and put a 10 sec CD on windshear for resto but lower the cooldown on grounding ( grounding increases the skill-cap of them spec imo ). Elemental talent that makes flame shock undispellable for its first 3-4 sec after applying it, a 20yard range 5 sec long stun with a 45 sec CD and increased dmg to lightning bolt. For enche wolfs healing should be buffed while getting the same lowered CD on grounding as restos but keeping the 5 sec wind shear CD, also make frost shock freez the target when used from any range.

Hunters: Remove trap resisting, make scatter shot a horror effect, lower the cast time of Steady Shot by 50% and dmg by around 40%.

Druids: Resoration, increase healing output by 5-10% while making Rejuvenation stack up to 2 stacks, and give a talent to restos ( something similiar to old elemental telent for shamans ) that reduces dmg taken while silenced or stunned.

Rogues: Nerf crippling poison to 50% and remove prep smokebomb.

Mages: the 1.5 sec cast time on ring of frost next patch looks good, they should also possibly tune down the dmg by a little. As for fire, give a dispel protection to fire DoTs ( a silence and short stun to the dispeller ) while giving firemages a talent which increases the ammount absorbed by the mana shield.

Warlocks: Tune down dispel dmg on UA, problably by 20-30% and buff Felhunter bite dmg but remove its crits chance ( less rng ). Give a talent to destro that make immolate instant cast and buff incinerate dmg.

Priests: Disc is in a really balanced state atm in my opinion so i wouldnt touch that, as for shadow buff VTs dispel protection. Make it a 4sec long disorient effect to the dispeller and it should apply a 8 sec long debuff which reduces casting time by 30% for the duration ( also going to the dispeller ).

Overall: As suggested by others, CCs like Fear and Polymorph should have a requirement to face the target when you start casting but you don't need to be faced against it to finish the cast.

Thats about it, post your thought about certain classes and specs / thoughts about my thoughts?

Here's the updated chart for Season 10, enjoy! I'll update the chart as I receive more accurate data. This season's data was easier to capture a good regression for. The blue line indicates your conquest pt cap based on your personal arena rating (2's, 3's, or 5's all award the same cap). The red line indicates your conquest pt cap based on your personal RBG rating. Each week you can only receive conquest pts equal to the higher of your two caps.
