I don't understand, instead of finding ways to get people to play rbgs why not just spend the time improving arena which people already are wanting to play? If you have to go to such measures to get people to play them there clearly is a problem with them :/
I'd be interested to know how much the russians actually make, they wintrade their boosts at like 4k mmr, so it takes half the time of a normal boost, which i imagine you pay a premium for, looking at like 300 Euros a boost, for what 2 hours 'work'?
Or it might be a boost by Praii
You have to remember, in russia/ukrain $500 per month is like a good wage that you can live easily off and possibly help your family out a bit.
In dota currently they are boosting accounts to 5k and selling them for low amounts($40-$60) for the time required, but it's actually worthwhile for them because of the amount of money needed to live in these places.
