We have been doing regular updates now every hour, and if your character has failed a certain amount, you should have received an automated PM that lets you know that your character information is out of date. Please request a character change in the Name Change/Character Transfer forum. We want to make sure we have everyones character information and arena teams as accurate as possible so that we can evaluate access restrictions appropriately.

Also, this is just a reminder that when you do transfer or change your name, we have no way to track it other than you letting us know it has changed.
