Seeing as there already was a thread about this, I'm just gonna post my version here:

Yo, so I just wanted to let you guys know that my 3v3 teammate and friend has just been banned for sharing rank 1 with 2 other teams in the european battlegroup Cruelty. There was no wintrading going on at all and all of these players deserved their titles just like everybody else who's getting it. Most of these players have been at the top since TBC on their own respective battlegroups (Nightfall EU and Crueldad EU that got merged into Cruelty EU), and as they now worked their rating up till 2897 before the season ended, they had all secured their rank 1 titles once again.
However, yesterday my teammate Maitopurkki/Sidpriest on Kor'gall EU (on his DK alt Maitoo) got contacted by a GM and this is how the conversation went (please be aware that English is not Maito's first language):

As you can see, the GM clearly states that sharing rank 1 title is a bannable offense and is, so to speak, "Wrong". Could someone point me towards the rules that make that statement as I'm having a hard time finding it? If so, how can you ban people for sharing title when it wouldn't even clearly be possible for them to be aware of it being forbidden?
As I've already said, there was no wintrading involved in this at all.
Some evidence (given by Akanexd, the warrior of one of the rank 1 teams) seems to also be pointing out that the GM in question here is in the guild of Tharkum, Nokhilol and Gpy, the players who were in the team that had rank 1 secured for half the season and were sitting on their rating before they were forced to play cause other teams were reaching in on their rating.

Me and my team mates are banned too, same GM since hes a spanish one, but the funny thing is that he said the reason was about how we beat nathalies RMP with our RLS( http://armory.wow-eu...omiath fan Club) , when they were 12 or 13 points ahead us, he say its wintrade.
Plus me and methodx , the gm says its permanent since we got banned last season for using other guys acc, wtf is this shit?
