hi, im currently trying out :shaman::rogue: with a friend of mine with me being a mut rogue and my friend a resto shaman...

we seem to be stuck at 18xx and usually when we meet double dps teams my shaman just dies when he gets ff, no matter how hard i try to peel for him... if im able to peel them off him, they will just do a quick switch and i get owned... im sitting at ard 650 resil and my shaman partner around 690 resil.

we also seem to face problems with plate dps/healer teams, if i go on the healer, the dps owns me, if i go on the dps, my shaman usually ooms first.....

anyone can kindly suggest some ideas as in how to play rogue shaman, been trying to find a strat but cant seem to find it :<

thanks in advance:)

To be frank 690 resilience is a bit low for a resto shaman, as a warrior I can drop those alone in a matter of 10-20 seconds which ofcourse depends on crits but if I get some crits off he will die, especially if I manage to overpower his heals, which I usually do.

Tell him to gem / enchant for resilience, and peel as much as you can - try to force a trinket and the instantly blind your target, this will help your shaman big time as he will have one less guy to kite, did I mention he should kite?

Dont try to sap after the blind as this will only prolong the game leaving one of the dps on your partner and he will eventually run oom after spamming instants, shapeshifting to kite and keeping grounding totem down.

Hope this helps!

Thx for the advice, however, what if plate dps goes on me instead? We seem to have a problem when i try to fight plate dps head on, we are always pressured and my partner ends up having to heal me non stop while the opponant healer gets to drink back his mana bar at least for a few ticks. We did try to stop the healer from drinking, but i find that plate dpsers just overpower me completely in head on fights and i rarely get to pressure their healer to heal :<

Btw would also love to know if anyone could share some strats with double dps teams especially mage rogue.... usually what happens is i try to wait for the rogue to appear, but it seems that if i wait.... my shaman will die, the mage will start on shaman first, then once the rogue pops mage will frost nova to fish me out....

if i start on the mage, the rogue will start on me then my shaman gets sheeped and blinded, and i die :<

Please help ><
