I was thinking similarly, Thaya. 2 points is all you really need to get it stacked up when you're focused. I just don't think it's worth it.

No one likes merciless combat?

Also, imp frost presence is like comparing 2200 hp with 90 crit rating, when crit's already going to be very high. I guess if you're being focused, you go into frost, which is why people aren't bothering?

-merciless combat is marginal at best and someone is either dead very quickly when theyre under 35% or theyre healed up immediately so its way too situational, also

-death coil is basically never used unless someone is at like 5% hp out of your melee range and all your runes are on cooldown...

I haven't been a DK long enough to be confident.
What do you open with? A howling blast to apply frost fever (thus chillblains), do some damage?
Follow with an obliterate, and then put your blood runes on CD for death runes later? Then just obliterate/frost strike, with howling blast to reapply frost fever throughout the fight? Or am I missing something (very possible).

Could also use a screenshot of someone's bars.

Hmm, I kinda agreed with you about Acclimation (was more of a "have you thought about it yourself?" question), but then I remembered the paladin aura changes. They do stack, right? So it's like what, 280 resistance in total if it fully procs. That's quite a lot.

Don't use plague strike I assume? Or is it still worth it to use plague strike while frost and obiliterating with just one disease up? Also how much resilience do you plan to wear?

cinder for unholy

Ud think cinder would do well for frost as well? Oblit obviously doesnt benefit from it, but if the proc rates are nice getting the extra dmg on ur kill attempt could be nice idk.

fallen crusader for frost

Why fallen, instead of cinder for this build? Since most of you damage is frost wouldn't the added damage be good? Or is the proc chance not work it over fallen?

fc helps all of your damage and a large part of it is obliterate. cinderglacier procs less often and only helps mainly your frost strikes and occasional howling blasts and does nothing the rest of the time.

fc buffs: oblit, white, frost strike, howling blast, diseases, etc

By the way, how the hell do you have 39% with any reasonable PvP set w/ 4pc t7?

I can't get above 35% without going under 300 resilience, and even 300 I think is low. I have pretty much all the best possible PvE gear (non-ulduar) except gothiks bracer (rng loot is rng).

Are you wearing a trinket with passive crit, and how much resilience do you have in the gear you got 39% crit with?

I just have a quick question as to how you think Tier 8 and 8.5 will affect this setup you have with running 4 piece tier 7.5. With the new bonuses do you think that tier 8.5 will be better than wearing 4 piece 7.5?
