Why would you spec destro for 2v2? Seems like a pretty dumb decision. I'd rather be able to put up dots and cc while my dots tick then having to keeping incinerating. Might be nice for a druid/warlock mirror match with Nether Protection but still, you lose too much.

Do they know what combos they're going up against? And still, if destro was the counterspec to Sl/SL lock/druid I'm sure we'd see a lot more destro locks in high end 2v2.

What a let-down tbh :/

3v3 sure is far more interesting.

All they had to do is outlast.

In the druid/lock mirror game, I believe it would definatly be worth to respec (to http://www.wowhead.c...IizzxoZgx0tM0th , not full destro). I'd strongly doubt they would chance lineup, since there isn't a real counter to the druid/lock comp I believe, even if there were, it aint their main classes wich gives quite an impact on 2V2 I believe.

About the http://www.wowhead.c...IizzxoZgx0tM0th spec not being seen on 2V2. I'd say its weak against anything else except such mirror games. But in the last mirror game of the druid/lock, they were definatly going for the 20min game. I believe the 30% to become immune would definatly give an advantage there ;p

In the spec I linked?

No corruption and siphon life means the only castable spell you are going to have is curse of agony which is decursed. The rest of your damage is LoS'd not to mention learning how to play such a situational spec against top players....

Everyone keeps saying warrior/druid is OP. Yet when money is on the line it is warlock/druid, warlock/pally and rogue/priest that is played most.

The qualifiers were done months and months ago before Warrior/Druid was as popular as it is now. That is why there were quite a few Paladin/Lock teams which you don't see as many of now.
