Blood Boil w/ Blood Boil Glyph is a pretty amazing use of blood runes for any non-blood spec, even better for unholy since it gives a death rune back.
It's not bad, but it's a very weak snare, and you must sacrifice a major glyph slot for it. There are just so many good glyphs that I'd hate to have to waste one on blood boil. It is an option though.

I was messing around and apparently it is possible to get both of them with rage of rivendare maxed out in a 21/0/50 build
I am not sure how much dps a dk will lose by not getting wandering plague but it appears the majority do feel that diseases is only up there for setting up the burst damage for their strikes rather than the diseases damage itself. In this case wouldn't rage of rivendare be better than wandering plague?
Would like more input on the following Talents as well since i obviously know nuts about DK
Impurity: It receives addtional spell power via ap for DK's 'spells'. In this case does it affect strikes such as scourge strike as well as diseases?
Reaping: Is this even necessary? Its impossible to get it without losing magic supression/anti-magic zone. Typical standard rotation appears to revolve around Icy touch --> Plague strike ----> scourge/death strike followed by blood strikes for burning blood runes?

with the blood boil glyph, you use blood strike whenever you don't have the other runes up and blood boil becomes a snare so it has its uses.
no unholy aura takes away a huge utility for a DK and his group (since i'm pretty sure +8% run speed is still the cap for enchantments)
