I was hoping someone could help me determine when I should be picking medallion, adaptation or relentless. As a healer I mostly use relentless (more so when I play vs mage, druid) but I'm not sure against other comps.

don't know if it matters but Im running WW, mage, resto druid

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks

i'd rather not use adaptation vs rogues. havign auto trinket sap into re-sap is pretty annoying. especially vs rmp/rmd which would then just open you hard burning some big cds (assuming you are not pre-hotted/bear form). reentless vs sub mage x is probably your best choice making them kidney sap harder. adaptation is lovely va hunter/ret for example whilst probably vs heavy melee cleaves i'd play trinket to have a way out when actually needed. my two cents anyway, others might see this differently.

for 3s just run medallion unless vs mage+rdruid. adaptation gets broken way too often on relatively minor cc in 3s (or you cant trinket the short cc that you actually might have to, like storm bolt or paralysis or something) unlike in 2s, and relentless doesnt give quite enough reduction for non-orc unless you're gonna be sitting in cc for half the game.

relentless has been gaining a lot of traction lately, especially if you're playing with some utility based third like ele/spriest/ret that can help out utility wise if you're in cc.

it's probably the go to for most of the games right now at least in my opinion as a druid.

adaption feels really bad, and for me at least it bugs out a lot and doesn't proc on things like a full trap even if it's up. i never know why.

you take trinket vs things that have win conditions like very quick 100 to 0 on someone like turbo where sitting a 3 second stun or something might be too late to help your team.

in 2s i usually always take trinket.

the only thing i can think of off the top of my head what adap might be okay into is something like tsg where every setup usually starts when you're hoj/legsweeped/asphyxiated/warrior feared or some shit

Even then, if they catch on the TSG can start the chain with a short stun and just NEVER proc it.
