Correct me if im wrong but the 17% vers buff translates to around an extra 10% damage buff 5% dmg reduc with the 5% str on top of it. just trying to gauge the correct numbers

I'm enjoying fury at the moment considering how weak arms is but something needed to be done considering how weak we are. Warriors are at a all time low right now and the buffs to fury did help but still doesn't make us Rank 1 material. problem is I haven't played much arena this season because of how poor we have been and would be a struggle now even with the buffs to find a good team to hit 2.4k + again

no, 17% of current value so if u have 10% now, u will have 12%

No because the difference is when I play a comp i play it close to skill cap

Feel free to call me an idiot because I'm a hunter or some stupid ass remark but I've actually written all this down on paper

I actually made an appearance at DH2014 and I met up with people from twitch who were involved with the dota 2 / cs tournies that where there, I talked about the game from my perspective as a professional player and we actually shared a lot of opinions. All I'm saying is a lot of people will be VERY surprised about the future of this game in the esport world :)

I wouldn't play warrior again if CS is still 30 secs cooldown and could be dodged, or there are still slows over 50% /freedom/sprint without a 30 secs cooldown.

Quite frankly most of their changes are terrible for Warriors at least. 

 

They should look at buffing either Mortal Strikes base damage (its damage outside of CS is garbage, even with 3 stacks of FR), tactician proc rate in PvP or Overpower (it being inferior in both PvE and PvP isn't good, especially as its a well designed PvP ability).

 

Bladestorm needs to be a relevant damage CD again in PvP, hasn't been since MoP.

 

Charge Stun needs to return, anyone who's played Warrior for a long time knows that this is basically the core of Warrior PvP, the class just doesn't play the same at all. At least for me Charge Stun was largely what made Warrior PvP interesting and fun.

 

Changes like buffing Strength by 10% are just lazy.

I agree with pretty much everything, I leveled my warrior ages ago and still didn't actually "play" it. Doing stuff on warrior doesn't feel rewarding or fun, outside of reflecting CC obviously.

Putting rend on the same tier as Avatar is arguably the most retarded game design I've seen, I feel like not having a bleed is what makes legionwarrior feel so disgustingly clunky.

 

-- Remove rend off the tree, replace it with something that situationally can compete with Avatar, Maybe an offensive CD that increases your + teammates DMG by 5-10%? Would have good synergy with abilities like Pain Train and would be a good reason to bring warrs for RBGs, (I can see how this becomes a problem in PvE though since every guild would force warriors to pick the raid/party dmg buff).

 

+ Give a baseline Deep Wounds (Applied on Mortal Strike and Thunder Clap)
+ Give back Thunder Clap. Having a snare that doesn't require you to hit the target is really good, especially after the hamstring nerfs, also helps vs laggy opponents. And it would give you the opportunity to drive-by thunder clap to spread deep wounds to off-targets and pets.

+ Give back charge stun - don't really need to explain anything

 

Getting disarm back was a step in the right direction - just need to make the rotation feel less clunky and more fun to play again.

update qued first 8 games thinking hotfix had gone through only to see my stats buffed in the 9th game lmfao. Also the dream is alive however the unmerciful gods known as demo locks took my cheeks.

Actually tried some Arena out as Arms since the hotfix. 

 

Burst damage can be high but thats about it unless the tactician gods are on your side.

 

It's absolutely devastating for Arms how much some specs dodge though, dodging a CS, 3 stack FR or Sharpened Blade (even though Fr/SB you'll keep the buff normally CS is fading or the window of opportunity for a good SB is gone) its really frustrating. 

 

Would love to see a push towards more sustained damage and less reliance on tactician procs. That and Thunderclap Deep Wounds.
