For Balance Druids, a ranged snare
 
The only access to a Ranged snare available to Balance Druids is Faerie Swarm. Right now it is a 30-second cooldown 8-second magic debuff (dispellable) that snares targets by 30% and removes their weapon and shield. The major downfall of selecting this talent is how comparably weak it is to Cyclone, the other talent option on that tier.
 
I think Balance Druids would feel significantly better if they had a more powerful snare effect. If Faerie Swarm was baseline and had a significantly shorter CD (but did not have the disarm component) I think the class would feel much stronger in PvP. In a perfect world I would love to see Faerie swarm as a 50% snare on 0-second CD lasting for 8-seconds.
 
The reason why a snare would be so effective for our spec is how difficult it is to finish off enemy targets with single target damage and how limited our mobility is compared to certain melee specs. 
 
Instead of completely removing the talent from its tier, you could instead make the disarm effect undispellable. This would put it in line with other Disarm talents currently in the game and make this tier more competitive.

For Disc any kind of silence immunity. I'd rather have flash heal back and that than heal from two schools.

For Warrior's I think it would be really interesting, effective and higher the skill cap if Charge had some kind of stunning mechanic. Right now you can't charge people with near permanent freedoms or feral druids, whereas this revolutionary idea would not only work on all targets it could also be used to perhaps even stop casts or land that final stun needed for a kill. 

I would suggest this as a replacement for charge root. Outlandish too I think Hamstring should possible be off the GCD, but I wouldn't want to ask for too much or be too crazy. Also Disarm is really good as a rogue only ability as it's sort of their 'class' specific ability, but that could be cool.

Well Disarms back on PTR but Charge Root got nerfed from 1.5 to 1 sec, not sure where they're going with that.

 

Loads of utility in Warrior honor talents now though.

Well the glaring issue with cyclone being an honor talent is that the other talents in that tier would have to be blatantly op for them to ever really compete with cyclone, especially in arena. I never understood the logic behind putting cyclone on the honor tree instead of just keeping it baseline like other spammable cc but that's besides the point.

 

I 100% agree with you on the fact that moonkins not having a snare or instant root makes the spec feel kinda bland. Back in the day you had typhoon baseline which was both a knockback and a slow, in mop/wod you had spammable faerie swarm to kite with, instant treant roots, etc. In legion it seems that their design philosophy with moonkins in pvp is to have them be rather tanky and just spam damage with owlkin frenzy procs to "keep people off of you" which honestly feels......really boring.

I really miss Nature's Grasp and MOP Mushrooms

 

Nature's Grasp could also replace Entangling Roots. So no button bloat.

For Shadow:

 

- defensive ( self ) magic dispel.

- prayer of mending

- renew

- mind sear ( gone in 7.1.5......... ..................... ........................................................................................................................... )

- psychic horror

 

Other fixes:

 

- mana bar being horrible ( namely PWS spamming OOM's you, which should never happen; psychic scream should not cost mana )

- being tied to Torrent and Voidform, which are two mechanics unsustainable in PvP ( maybe increase insanity generation in PvP&make Void Torrent either uninterruptable or castable while moving )

Some kind of more reliable snare for enhancer shamans. Nothing is more enfuriating then running in and having to spend a GCD before you can apply your snare due to it costing Maelstrom and in the meantime the enemy simply runs away. Same issue when you're chasing someone and Feral Lunge to them, during the GCD the jump away (looking at rogues and ferals) and you have no way of following them or slowing them down. Buck Flizzard for pruning frostshock..

 

(and I think ret suffer from the same problem. I had to heal a ret through chasing frost mages, feral druids who simply kited him 24/7 and a ww monk/frostmage in blade's edge arena that lived longer then most dps/heal combos. Pretty infuriating and not an enjoyable playstyle at all)
