I recently returned to the healing role after a two expansion hiatus. Legion has arrived, and people are sort of settling in. I quite like it, but it's very different from when I last played back in cataclysm.

This brings me to my question, how do you stay alive when trained, and how do you feel Undulation fares versus Torrent for the first tier talent?

I can't figure out which one works best in what situations. I feel like no matter what I can't live vs DKs/MWs or prolonged periods of assassination rogues. I fakecast, but even with spamming the riptide/HS/HS/riptide rotation, my health isn't always going up.

Any help or guides on how to stay alive in 3s is most welcome.

Best regards

I have found that I prefer Torrent is superior to Undulation, at least when I run Echo of Elements (which I pretty much always do, anyway).

I also recommend playing around with Swelling waves, it's really really good when you're getting trained, especially if you have a warrior running intercept in your team.
