situational. obviously echo slam is more overall dps.
but sharpen blade will land kills for set up burst potential.
you cant control random CS procs for echo damage, and even at that it only hits for 200k and can not crit...

I mean, SB's effect sounds pretty good in theory so I can see why people would wonder.

ofc u can control them, just don't press them, you will almost always have CS + it's not about procs it's about charge, & the buff CS gives MS

You still have the charge CS and the buff of MS when you choose sharpen blade.

This Echo Slam is far superior, it does so much damage.

Sharpen blade might be something to apply when someone is at low hp so you can execute without the enemy healer being able to pick him up.
Echo can turn a lucky cs proc spree in some insane burst. It's also the only talent that makes us able to deal with tanks. And other high health / armored targets.

Even after nerf Echo is still an extra 100k or so every CS smash. While Sharpen blade is what an extra 90-150k on MS every 45.

Echo will forever be better. Sure the healing reduce is ok but it's only 4seconds.

Pve nerf might hit hard tbh. EtW going from 30% to 9% is insane. Warrior will be rng af

The artifact trait change intented for PvE might just push warriors into garbage tier, since the inconsistency it causes

Just played some games post nerf, it is more RNG than ever. Regularly 30 sec waiting for CS cd without procs, seems like shadow of the colossus is absolute must right now to do any damage (I liked to use intervene to help healer survive melee trains). So warriors now have mediocre damage, low survivability, not much cc, not great mobility...time to roll rog I guess
