So what would they be scamming us for? Our accounts that we cannot even play on anymore? Lol

Honestly their Dev Team has been very vigilant squashing out bugs on the Beta and they seem to be a good group, just my .02

I can understand why people might not think their Dev Team is the best, or it may not be the server they want to go to, but I see a lot of misinformation going around in the panic of Nostalrius going down.

Most likely due to the talks with Blizzard, they wouldn't want to jeopardize that. If the talks fall through they may still release the code.

Granted, it's possible at this point Blizzard may really be considering Legacy Servers, so vanilla.RE would not be needed.

The legacy server movement really became popular, and I don't think anyone anticipated it would go this far.
