Hey guys,
im playing 2s with my brother running RDruid/Surv, at around 2.3kmmr/cr.

Sometimes, when i face other survivalist hunter that come on me (Im the Rdruid), i have a lot of trouble, and usually i die relatively soon.

What is the best way to mitigate survivalist damage?
Sit in bear and spam some heal like against melee comp?
or is better to spam rejuv/Genesis and go in bear only during Crows?

and i have another question (O.T.):

Why most of the Rdruid are running HOTW instead of Nature Vigil? Only beacause NV Break Traps and HOTW can be used aggressively? Cause i feel +20%healing on 1.5min CD is better then +35% on 6min CD, and i simply ask to my hunter to stay away from trapped target to don't break it.

Thank you in advice guys

vigil is garbage cba to type out why
when he crows on you double skin yourself.
take double dispel cus you'll need it, if your partner isnt being cc'd that much you can dispel urself every time you get black arrow+serpent sting so you're basically trading their 2 globals for your 1.

you shouldn't be in human form unless you're cloning/rooting or not in los of the enemy hunter
always bear

also a small little trick is just runnning in travel and keeping the pet swarm/rooted and just waiting to heal when ms falls off. especially good for ns.

rejuv genesis is okay but only if you need to, u hav eto spend ur mana wisely becasue if theyre any good they wont let u drink

use versa trinkets + boots and spirit neck

havent decided best glyph choices

been experimenting without using barkskin and using shapemender/double idspel/clone
also tried barkskin/shapemender/double dispel but cloning feels really hard

most optimal is probably just double idspel/skin/clone tho

also can align heart for extra 100k burst (1 wrath and a bite, try to get combo points early before dampening is anything to worry about). also when you bite make sure ur energy is over 40 for max dmg.

can use heart for survival too since it like triples your armor in bear

edit edit: if 2s is the only bracket you play enchant your gear with versa instead of haste

Ty for your reply,
i didnt know that you can stack up ironbark+barkskin at the same moment, it sounds good against pala/dk too.

For sure HOTW can let you win a game if you pop it at the right time,
but i think ppl understimate NV, have +20healing for 30 sec every 1.50 minute seems good, it isn't good only against spread pressure, cause he can apply the +20% heal on a single target too..
especially when dampeding stack up, have frequently +20%heal, can let you be more safe, and maybie you can go to cylcone/do dps/drink easly.
I'm missing something about NV maybie?

i think you misread it
its not a healing boost, it makes your heals cleave damage and healing

if you have a rejuv on ur hunter, and your hunter is standing next to you, 20% of that rejuv tick will also heal you
if you have a rejuv on ur hunter, and he is standing next to enemy druid, 40% of that rejuv tick will damage the enemy druid

there is no flat healing gain. it is for healing cleave comps in threes, survival healer is single target

Have you tried to damage yourself (i.e. by falling) and then heal yourself using NV?
You will be healed for the basic heal + another 20% of NV;
So, it seems to work like a +20% healing CD, and is viable against single target damage .. is this a bug or?

in fact the tooltip say "... and all single-target healing and damage spells and abilities also heal a nearby friendly target based on the amount done, 20% for heals".

Thank you again for your contribute Greg

Yesterday, i done another test.
Invite in your group a player, duel him and kill him. Then pop NV to heal him. The NV will heal only the damaged target, until is full hp.
