Should probably imagine it similar to, a temporal 'under construction' time frame starting, directly after all-changes. A more responsive time period, where buffs, balance suggestions are much more likely to be accepted/meaningfully considered and made to fruition.

Or as potential opportunities to exchange all-healing for arbitrary gains. Try not get too stuck in losing healing, a defensive, because likely your class wasn't ever meant to have that much healing, have it an as strong defense, so there is a good chance that your class was lacking other types of abilities, offensive/dmg/control/mobility, and should probably replace with them instead, and so construct a more dmg role-like class.

All the change does, it sets a future goal of having a less CC/burst heavy PvP, with more reasonable class structures, with a temporal 'downtime' to pull-through.
