Hey guys!

I just rolled frost mage after playing combat rogue last season hehe xD. I'm just looking for some feedback. What is the Perfect burst setup for mage? Should I allways wait untill I have 2 frostfire bolt stacks, and 2 ice nova stacks + incanters blabla on 20%? If I face a healer/dps team, what is the Perfect setup if i play With a holy pala for example?
Other general tips appreciated as well. "Valar Morghuliz" :)

What we've been doing now is as soon as hpally got stun, i deep/sheep the healer and go dps, but we are kinda stuck at 1800 mmr, we often loose as dampening gets worse.

No because the difference is when I play a comp i play it close to skill cap

if anyone needs to be banned, it's you. You do nothing but sit on AJ being a passive aggressive idiot that nobody likes, sorry you stink of washing up liquid.

Feel free to call me an idiot because I'm a hunter or some stupid ass remark but I've actually written all this down on paper

I actually made an appearance at DH2014 and I met up with people from twitch who were involved with the dota 2 / cs tournies that where there, I talked about the game from my perspective as a professional player and we actually shared a lot of opinions. All I'm saying is a lot of people will be VERY surprised about the future of this game in the esport world :)

-use comet storm when target is stunned so all 7 comets hit
-build up 5 icicles, since 6.2 they hit hard
-use your IN only with 4-5 stacks of incanters (if possible with proctrinket if you only have to wait a few secs) and twice in a row so at least the second one is guaranteed crit

-be sure to purge stuff like shields etc before you go

-make your pally burst with you

-in dampening never stop dealing dmg, if someone just runs you may can just switch targets.

Can mage do OK against hunter in 2s? I was going to restart warr or dk but playing against hunter/rdruid used to be very painful

If its for 2s, use comet storm on a deep frozen target, this will cause every single hit to crit. If its dps+healer try to sheep healer, if not possible just deep sheep him. Also something i noticed in 2s for mages, when they run out of instant casts, they almost stop their burst, you want to immediately start spamming frostbolts so you wont waste your haste buff.
