So I stopped playing for a while, last I remember SMF was pretty good. Is it still viable ? And what are the pros and cons compared to titan's grip ? Thanks in advance.

Everything you need to know

SMF
- faster auto attacks (meaning slightly more back to back execute procs) This however does not mean u are getting more due to Rppm or w.e being set to 2.1 or whatever it is at. However however ;) it can mean more depending on uptime its a weird way to look at it but if ur getting kitted after only getting 2 globals on target those 2 globals could be executes. but thats banking a little to much on rng.
- Slightly higher executes. MH executes are smaller but the OH executes make up for it. It isnt too significant but they are definatly higher.
-smoother rage generation - more consistent (is NOT chunky)
-technically SB hits slightly harder with SMF too lol (pretty much irrelavent)

TG
-Slower but harder hitting auto attacks
-Slightly Higher Seigebreakers
-Slightly more health/stats(crit/mastery) due to double 2h
-Chunky-er rage gen
- Slightly higher Raging Blows
- Slightly Stronger bladestorm

TG is overall better at cleave dmg
SMF is technically best for Single target

TG is so close to SMF dmg single target though that it hardly matters

Uptime is a big thing in pvp, so i chose TG so everytime i do connect ive got a hard hitting auto attack+ w.e global im going to use (hopefully a execute) to keep hitting them like a truck and keep pressure up.

so most players use 2h because 1.) they actually think its super good compared to smf (which isnt true) 2.) Better stats (more health crit and mastery is never a bad thing)

Choose whichever you want if i wasnt clear on them being almost the same ill figure out how to write it a different way.

(Edit) EXP- 2393 Season 1 WoD Fury Warrior.

Best answer I could get. Thanks a lot.
I was thinking of rolling SMF for the start of the season due to the lower cost of 2x 1h compared to 2x 2h. Maybe when I'm fully geared I could buy those as well.

It's worth mentioning that the additional crit / mastery / strength is already included in any TG vs. SMF comparison that has both close in single target DPS. In the end it's really just marginally higher single target DPS (typically ~1-2% or less) vs. more health and more cleave DPS.

I think I'm gonna go with TG because of the better stats and health even though SMF is cheaper. I also do slightly more damage as TG in arenas. On the other hand I dealt 145k execute with SMF today morning and in general the execute dmg is insane. I am leaning towards TG though

I tried both the last season, finally I determined to go SMF due to more rage for angermanagement. Don't consider it if you spec seigebreaker.

I read you have made your mind above. So I'm just listing things worth considering here. Like they said, it's close.
