If you were making an arena game, how would you improve on WoW's arena?

I'm kinda pissed at WoW. I have the skills to make an arena game. I'm just not sure I could make a better arena game. What would you do to improve upon WoW's arena?

Pretty much all MOBA characters have 4-5 skills per character. Does WoW having more skills make it better or just more complicated?

WoW is a terrible spectator game. It's really hard to tell why one team beat the other. What would you do to improve this?

Having 12 classes with 3 specs each is a nightmare to balance. How would you address this problem? If you'd get rid of specs/classes, which specs would you keep?

Double tooltips, Devs can control the flow of the battle by tuning certain spells and not gimp the class in PvE.

This would only be an arena game, so there wouldn't be need of pve tooltips.

Another issue is longevity. How would you keep the game interesting? The PVE changes are really what change the pvp meta.

Im not sure. The only issue I have is balance. If you build your balance philosophy around 3s then why even have 2s? 2s are doiminated by Double DPS grps right now.

I would get rid of every Arena and redo all the maps. I would strive for comp diversity and classes filling roles. There would be NO need for Dampening because Dps wouldn't be healing other Dps behind a pillar. Most Dps shouldn't have heals.
