So the patch notes for 6.2 just came out. http://us.battle.net...notes-4-13-2015


  • Mastery: Mental Anguish has been reduced in effectiveness by 10%.
Just wondering is this a nerf in scaling? (eg. If I have 70% mastery I'd now have something like 63%) Or is it a 10% nerf to the base mastery stat (eg. If I have 70% mastery I'd now have 60%)

I think it's to adjust the numbers with new PvE/PvP-Gear.

Yea, I don't think the nerf will really be to bad, I was just curious. I'd personally like to see psychic scream go back to 8 seconds. Its to bad we lost the old divine star/prayer of mending and renew. I kinda miss them :(

Warrior defensive stance buffed by 5%. The already tankiest class receives a survivability buff, while one of the squishiest remains to be target #1. I've lost faith.

I have no clue about the original question, will dig around MMO Champ forums later today, however.. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Even if it was straight up nerf, I doubt it it'll be noticeable with the new gear, in fact we'll do even more damage.

no chance. As long as the game maintains a PvE player base then it will stay up and running for years to come and there are still plenty PvE people running around.

Arena on the other hand is getting quieter and quieter, even at only 2K i keep seeing the same people game after game, it's a little worrying.

which actually seems way worse, 12% less healing from devouring plage aswell. I'm squishy enough as it is!
